Chapter 20

Liam

I woke up before Bella that's when I went to the kitchen. I called Anthony to tell him what I felt on her neck. "Hey, everything ok Liam", he said. "No, it's not. I have to tell you what I found on Bella last night", I said. "What did you find", he said. "I found what feels like a chip. I think they chipped her. I'm not happy about it", I said as I hear what sounds like the bedroom door shut. "I have to go I think Bella up", I said. "I be over there in a little bit which we will figure this out", he said. "Ok, later Anthony", I said. "Later", Anthony said before I hung the phone up. I got up from the table to head to the bedroom to check on Bella,

I enter the bedroom where I notice the bathroom door shut. I asked if she was ok which she said she was. She opened the door which looks like she been crying. Why you are crying princess. She walked over to me where I gave her a hug. I asked if everything was ok, but she just shook her head no. She tried her best to get away which just made me hold her tighter. I asked her to look at me which she looked up at me. I see her beautiful sky-blue eyes staring at me with tears in them. She then left my arms where she walked over to the window to look outside.

She said that they will still come which they will take her. She said that me and Anthony wouldn't be able to stop them. She turned where I see her run out the room with tears in her eyes. She left the house not even turning around to see if I was following her. I yelled out for her to come back that I love her. I do love her. I started running after her which made her run faster. I stopped at the end of the driveway and headed back to the apartment.

I went back to her place where I went to her room to see if she had her phone. I looked on her nightstand to see that she left her phone. "Great not this again", I said. I left the apartment to go back to the house to talk to Anthony to tell him what she said. I hate that I am going to have to give him more bad news about his sister. I knocked on Anthony bedroom door, "come in" I hear him say.

I opened his door where I walked in then shut his door behind me. I went over to his desk to sit down. I put my head in my hands because couldn't look him in the eye when I tell him what I'm about to say. "She gone man. She ran away", I said then I looked up at him. I see him starting to look worried. "Liam what you mean she ran away. Why would she do that since we just got her back" he said. I took a deep breath and said, "she said they'll still going to come for her and we can't stop them. She doesn't want them to hurt us but this killing me not having her here. I told her I love her." "We can just track her with her phone unless she left her phone. She left her phone", he said. "Yeah she left it", I said that when we heard a knock on his door.

"Come in", Anthony said then we see Cody opened the door. "My girlfriend just called me and said that your sister was at the bar she works at this morning. She said she looks like she is running from something. She gave her something to eat to try to keep her there until you can get there" Cody said. We got up to head outside. "She also said she looks scared to death and kept looking around to see someone she doesn't want to see". Cody said. "Thank you, Cody, for letting us know", Anthony said as we were at the door. "Your welcome and hope you make it there before she leaves again", Cody said. After Cody said that and told us which bar she was at then me and Anthony went to his car to go get my girl back.

We were almost there then I got a text from Cody saying she not there no more. "Cody told me that Bella not at the bar no more since the rain stop", I said. "I still want to talk to Jazmine to see if she can tell us more. See if anyone looks like they were following her in there", he said. "I just hope she ok and safe. I don't know what I do if anything happens to her", I said looking out the window. Where are you princess.

We pulled up in the front of the bar and got out of the car to head inside. We entered the bar where we see Jazmine at the bar which we walked up to her. She looked up to see us then she said, "follow me, we can go talk in the back. You can look at the camera to make sure it was her." We followed her to the back office. "Your boss is ok with us being back here because we don't want you to get in trouble", Anthony said. "I won't get in trouble because my dad my boss and he said it was ok", she said as she turned the camera on. I see her coming inside the bar where she went sit in the back. "She said she came in since it was raining. Here you go, I let you guys watch it. I am heading back out to go back to work", she said then left and shut the door behind her.

We watched the camera and see her every move. I see her turning around like she was watching someone. "Who you are watching princess", I said in a whisper. We see her get up and said something to Jazmine before she went outside. What I really caught me was as soon she left then two men in a black hoodie got up and followed her outside. That must be who she kept looking back at.

Anthony switched to the outside camera where we see her walking toward the street as the men in the hoodies got into their truck then started following her. I see her keep looking back which she was trying to walk faster so the truck didn't catch up to her. She walked further down the street until she was out of the camera view. "Damn," Anthony said, "We can't tell if the men in the truck caught up to her", he added.

"We can ask Jazmine if she seen their faces. It could be them watching her", I said as we went back to the bar to talk to Jazmine. "We saw two men with black hoodies following Bella outside. Did they come in after she did", I asked as we were standing by the bar. "No, they didn't. They came in about five minutes before Bella came inside the bar. I'm sorry I didn't see their faces either" she said. "But is weird would they come inside after her not before" she added. "Yeah that what I think to. Thank you for your help", Anthony said. We told her father thank you for letting us look at the camera and then we turned left.

"At least we know which way she went. Also, that truck never turned around", Anthony said as we got into his car and left the way Bella started walking. I'm hoping we find her. My sweet Bella where are you, I thought.
