{Betty's POV}

Today's the day ! , I'm gonna go talk to The leader of the serpents to see if I can join and how to . I've never been so excited before !!

I dress with a white collar shirt and Do my , what Kevin calls "Iconic ponytail " and also do my makeup before getting my shoes on and heading out. On my way walking to school I run into Archie who's exiting his front door, brace yourself Betty here comes another lecture about how pink pieces of glass are so important! "Hey betty!" He says "hey arch, whats up?" I reply "Can't I just casually walk with my best friend to school?" He smirks , "well of course you can!" He smiles as we continue making our way to school.

As we sit down in the student lounge The whole crew is there : Me , Archie , Veronica, And Kevin. We have our casual conversations until we hear the loud speaker and Principal Weatherbee over the loud speaker "Attention Riverdale High students , Southside high has shut down ,The students from south side will be transferring to different schools around Riverdale Including Riverdale high Please treat them with respect" the announcement finishes as all around the room you can hear "oh hell no" being hissed by the bulldogs.

"Crap!" Veronica says making everyone around jump "let me guess your not to happy about this?" Kevin says "No , Archie and I are supposed to be at the table helping the south side High student , she says grabbing Archies arm and dragging him. Me and Kevin follow being part of the nosy Scooby gang , as soon as me and Kevin get there The doors open and a whole group of serpents enter.

My attention is caught by one of the serpents . He has a crown like beanie on , on the side there's locks of His raven hair. Messy but perfect. He's wearing a black serpent jacket and seems to be the only one with zippers, oh my Goodness he's ..attractive
"EARTH TO BETTY!" Kevin says waving his hand in my face , I snap back to reality "Kevin we should probably stop being so nosy and let arch and Ronnie handle this" I Fake a grin "Betty cooper have you met me ? Nosy is Just genetics baby." He says making me giggle

Later during the day 3rd period is over and me and Veronica  are wandering the halls a bit since we have about 8 minutes till the next class starts. On the way I noticed the beanie Wearing Raven haired boy. Veronica and I have a conversation that I pretend I'm listening to , but all I know is my mind is focused on the boy. I snap back to reality and say "yeah ,V."
"You were the one that farted ???" I look at her confused "I asked if you farted .." I Realized how I just embarrassed myself .. "Uhhh , sorry V I haven't been very focused.." she nods hmm , she noticed the raven haired boy "that's one hot serpent " she grins I look over at him and he looks back ..we make eye contact for what feels like forever , until it breaks when this girl with brown hair and pink highlights comes in. "OMG! He was total checking you out B!" I Scrunch my nose , was he really?? "Noo V he wasn't " She smirks " I totally see you two together.." My mouth opens wide "V , i don't even know his name for gods sake !" "Oof trust me , you'll be calling his name" she winks I playfully slap her arm as the Bell for the next period rings.

During lunch I go sit down with Veronica , Kevin, and Archie. We just casually talk.
"Betty would u do me a huge favor ?" I nod "would you go get me my guitar from ms Grundys Music room? , thanks " , Kevin interrupts as I Get up to go "What Archie you scared you gonna end up fücking someone in there ? " I snort and So does Veronica as Archies face turns red. I get Archies guitar and the serpents walk by as I put the guitar down on the lunch table , I suddenly feel violated .. Someone grabbed my äss .. This guys with slicked back hair stops and grabs it , "did you just?" I say in shock as Veronica , Archie , and Kevin stare in shock .. "what it's ..tight" he smirks and attempts to grab it again.. suddenly the Beanie wearing boy comes in "Sweet pea , what the hell?!" He says shoving him "What Jones , There a problem??"
"Just leave her alone"  he says walking away
I try my best not to .. but of course I do .., I follow the beanie wearing boy to thank him..
"Wait!" I shout as he stops in the hall and turns around "what?" He says in a annoyed tone "thank you . " he nods and says "does this school have a writing club of some sort?"
I nod "the blue and gold .. I happen to be the leader and only member .." I say "Can I join ?" He says "do you have any work of yours to show me ? That's required for determination ." He nods "I can give you some but there back at my trailer." I think "Pops at 6:00?" I say "we can look over your work.." he nods "And there's other stuff I would like to talk about .. " i say knowing this is my chance to ask about the serpents .
He nods "See you around ....."
"Elizabeth.cooper"
"But i prefer Betty. "
"See you around Betty."
"You too.....??"
"Jughead Jones ..leader of the serpents " he does a sexy smirk ..
Holy shït how can someone smirk that sexy ??
Jughead begins to walk off and I turn around to head back to the Lunch table ..

On the way home me and Veronica go to my house walking , there's silence for a while until she breaks it "So are we gonna talk about what happened at lunch or are you just gonna keep avoiding it like you have all day?"
I sigh  "can we talk about it later ?"
"No betty you've been saying that since you came back from talking to that smoke show of a serpent."
"He just asked about the blue and gold and Were meeting at pops later to review if he's fit for the Blue and gold .. that's it."
I say shrugging
"Ohh wow , that's what you have been avoiding ??"
I give her a nervous side eye and nod
"So we aren't gonna talk about that Dumbäss serpent who grabbed your ass ? "
"I rather not.."
"All that mater is jughead saved me.."
"Jughead huh?"
I smirk which reminds me of Jugheads sexy smirk
"You like him Betty , ooohh"
She starts squealing and I slap her arm playfully again.
We head home and do our homework like your classic American teens , I check the clock 5:45
"Ohh crap!" Veronica looks startled "Betty whats wrong ?"
"I have to meet jughead at pops at 6:00"
She raises both her brows at me In a flirty way
"Shut up " I say fixing my hair and makeup "V, if my mom asks I'm At school getting a library book for a test.."before saying goodbye and heading out , I sigh gladly that my mother is at work.
