{Archies POV}
I realized I have feeling for Betty , just something about seeing her laugh and spending most..actually all  of my childhood with her..I've realized I think I'm in love with her , I want Betty cooper to be mine ..I'm gonna give her everything , now that I hear Jughead and Betty broke up ..I assume he broke her heart like I knew he would.

Today at school Betty seems down , "Betty,are you ok?" I put my hand on her shoulder and she tenses "I'm fine Arch ..thanks" she says smiling admirably as if I'm the only one who noticed "Betty I know you're not. What's wrong ?" She doesn't say anything "I'm just a little upset I guess , stuff at home has been dramatic..." I feel bad for her "I'm sorry Betty , hope you feel better ..if there's anythin-"
"There's not" She shakes her head , I frown but nod .she walks off as the bell rings , her ponytail swinging in the air

During free period I see Veronica , "Ronnie !" I shout catching her attention "what is it archiekins?" She says walking over to me , "I was wondering , if you could help me" She raises a brow "with..."
"I wanna ask Betty out .." Her face expression changes with a Shocked expression "what?" I say ".Betty isn't in her best place but ..I can help you out.." , "thanks Ronnie your the best .."
"If only " she says under her breath "what?" I say
"Nothing." She smiles

At lunch Betty sits down , she looks amazing ..I can't believe it took me so long to fall for her , "Hey guys whats new?" She says smiling at everyone .. Kevin begins to share the hot new gossip of today Entertaining Betty
"Well..." Veronica says "Archie has something to tell you." She smirks at me then Betty , "uh ..I was hoping to tell her later-" she cuts me off "Do you want me to do it or you?" She scoffs
"I'll do it.." I roll my eyes "Betty?" I start , she raises a brow .."I was wondering..If you wanted to go on a Actual Date." She smiles "I would love to Archie, I need to get things of my mind " she shrugs and smiles again, "what time would you like me to pick you up?" I ask and she says "Right after school..I don't even wanna go home." Her voice cracks "Bett-" she cuts me off "don't worry Arch..you know how the coopers are" She weakly chuckles. I nod .

Betty comes up to me and says "Hey Arch , ready to go?" She smiles "yep" I say as we walk together with no conversation . Until I break the silence "So..why'd you and Jughead break up?"
"Well You know my whole serpent plan ?" She sighs "Yeah? " I say "Well he didn't want me to get hurt ..he says He wont be able to protect me and he can't handle me getting hurt or dying.."
i sigh as she says this "Betty ..I kinda agree.." she looks up "Jughead was probably right ..I broke up with him-" What the fuck.."so your telling me...you broke up with Him??" I gulp realizing I Cute her off and she nods "But anyways I broke up with him..I pushed him away and all this time I thought he was pushing me away ..it's probably because I'm ..frustrated " she throws her arms in the air , "Betty it'll be ok.." I say as we enter pops .. and sit down
A waiter comes over right away taking our order.
Once he's done me and Betty continue our conversation.
"Maybe it wasn't meant to be.." I say as she looks up Shocked.

{Betty's POV}
What the hell..."Archie..Don't say that."
"Why Not..what if its true"
"He's the first person I've had feeling for in this way..and probably the last."
"Betty ..if you broke up with him it's a sign you should move on.."
"Archie I'm not gonna listen to someone who says a pink piece of glass found on the beach is a sign!" My voice raises as the waiter comes over with our order , I begin to calmly sip my milkshake as if nothing happened ..
"Alright I'm sorry.." He shrugs "It's fine ..just forget it " I smile weakly as he nods ..
Archie drops me off at the front of my house "Betty wait."
I turn around and he grabs my hand to pull me closer , I don't like where this is going..
"Do you actually wanna go to your home.."
I look down and sigh
"No..i dont"
"If you want you could chill with me and my dad for a little ?"
I nod "I would really like that" I chuckle
