You slowly opened your eyes.. You were confused. You didn't really feel anything. No pain.. You could actually breath. You slowly sat up and looked at yourself. You let out a horrified scream when you saw yourself.

Your belly was cut open and you saw organs and blood.. You shouldn't be alive. Why were you alive? The last thing you remembered was walking with Gary to get a flashlight.. You separated and then you saw a wolf-like beast. He ran towards you and then it all just stopped.

You slowly got up and the door opened. You saw Emily. She was also supposed to be dead.. She looked awful.

'Y/N?' She asked you.

'You're alive too? How?' You asked her.

'We all don't know. Everyone is still alive and here except for Sarah.. and..'

She didn't finish her sentence.

'And who?' You asked her.

'Gary.. we can't find him. Maybe he's dead.'

You looked at her..  Gary. You had to find him. You walked towards the door and walked out. Emily grabbed your hand.

'I have to find him.' You said.

'Please just follow me for a moment.'

You looked at her and sighed. You followed her towards the living room. You saw Luke and Doug sitting there. They also looked horrible. Why was this happening?

'Y/N.. You too?' Doug asked.

'Apparently..'

You sat down for a moment. You looked at the three sitting opposite of you.

'So no one is worried about Gary?' You asked.

'Why would we be? We have more important things to figure out.' Luke sighed.

'What if he's also still alive? He has to know that we're still here. Or at least that I am.'

'Very cute you two love birds but that isn't the most important thing here! We are somehow alive. For some reason we didn't die. How? Why?' Sarah asked.

You got up and looked around. You looked back at your body. You couldn't believe this. This wasn't supposed to be happening. You listened carefully if you could hear movement.

'That money absolutely slaughtered us. This isn't possible. Maybe we're all ghosts.' Luke spoke.

'No. We're not. We can't fly, we can touch things, we can touch each other.' You said.

'Where is Sarah?' Doug then asked.

'Oh so you do care about Sarah but Gary isn't important enough?' You asked him.

'Gary wasn't really a great part of this group.' Doug said while walking towards you. 'I don't get why you chose him. What could possibly be interesting about him?'

You slapped him across the face. Doug growled in pain and stumbled back.

'Ouch! You bitch!'

'You don't have the right to say anything about my relationship with Gary. Keep you filthy mouth shut.' You hissed.

You heard footsteps in the hallway. You turned to it. Everyone looked at the door. Was that Gary? It could also be that monster..

'Gary?' You asked.

The door immediately opened. You saw him. He looked kinda like you with his stomach cut open as well.

'I think I'm going to be sick.' He said.

He then saw you. He immediately smiled.

'Y/N..'

You ran over to him and hugged him. Gary hugged you back and held you tightly. It felt weird to hug him like this.. but you were happy that you could. Gary pressed his lips against yours. You kissed him back right away. You were so happy to feel his soft lips against yours. You pulled back and smiled at him.

'So we're all still alive for some weird reason?' He asked.

You nodded.

'God I'm so happy to see you.' You said. 'I don't get what's going on but at least we almost all survived.'

'I thought I was never going to see you again. What was that thing?'

You two walked back over to the group.

'Some kind of wolf man. I don't even remember what happened. I blinked at it was over.' Luke said.

'Gary, have you seen Sarah?' Emily asked.

'No.. but the car is missing outside. Maybe she's gone.'

'Why would so go away?' Luke asked.

'Maybe she thought we were all dead.' You pointed out.

Gary wrapped his arm around you. You moved closer to him. He kissed the top of your head. He was clearly very happy to still have you by his side. You smiled up at him.

'Even with your stomach open like that you're still beautiful.' He smiled.

'Guys. Can we please just focus on getting a plan together?'

You sighed and looked away from Gary.

'A plan to do what? We can't go to a hospital, were supposed to be dead. They're never going to help us.' Gary said.

'We have to find out while we're still alive.' Emily said. 'And we have to find Sarah.'

Every time someone said that you got annoyed. She was important to find and nobody cared about Gary. You just hold him a little tighter without saying anything.

'Is something wrong?' Gary asked you.

'No.' You just spoke.

'Even if there is, get over it. We have to search the house to find out what happened.' Emily hissed.

'Fine, I'm going with Gary. I claim him.'

Gary grinned.

'We're all going alone. We can search more if we do that.' Emily sighed.

'You're not the boss Emily. Besides if that monster is still here I'd rather be with Gary then on my own.' You spat.

'Fine. You go with your oh so sweet boyfriend.' She said while rolling your eyes.

'We'll start upstairs. Bye suckers.' You said while grabbing Gary's hand and taking him with you.

'Y/N, what's wrong?'

You sighed and walked towards the stairs. You stopped and looked at him.

'They wanted to find Sarah and they didn't care about you. They kept telling me that you weren't important. I slapped Doug when he asked me why I like you.'

Gary pulled you closer and hugged you.

'I already knew that they thought that. It's okay Y/N. I was still hanging out with them so I could be with you.'

You looked up at him.

'Really?'

'Of course. They're assholes.'

You grinned and kissed him shortly.

'Lets go and find out what happened.'
