'Tom are you sure you want this?' You asked him while walking out of your bathroom.

Tom didn't say anything. You looked up and saw him looking at you in awe. You were going with Tom to a gala. You had been dating for awhile and were officially together for 2 months. Tom wanted to announce thay you two were dating at the gala tonight. You were completely done with your outfit and Tom thought you looked amazing.

'Tom?' You blushed.

'I-I'm sorry.. you just.. wow.' He said.

You smiled and walked over to him. You wrapped your arms around his neck and kissed him. Tom happily kissed you back. You pulled back and smiled at him.

'I'm 100 percent sure. If we announce it now then I have my time to tell my fans what I want. If I post a picture or something then I can't give my story to them. Get it?'

You nodded.

'I'm nervous.' You said.

'Don't worry. I'll be with you for the entire time.' He smiled. 'You do know the plan, right?'

'Yeah.. You go first and I'll follow you in a separate limo and you'll be waiting there for me.. and then we'll see how it goes.' You grinned.

'Perfect.' He grinned. 'Like you.'

You blushed.

'Smooth.' You smiled before kissing him.

Tom arrived at the gala. Of course everyone had dates and he knew that you were right behind him. Photos were taken of him and everyone was surprised that he came alone.

Tom didn't really give much attention to it. He kept waiting until your limo pulled up. He opened the door and offered you his hand while you got out.

'Hello gorgeous.' He smiled before hugging you.

You hugged him back.

'You're looking good yourself, handsome.' You smiled.

Tom laid his hand on your lower back while you made your way towards the stairs. He grabbed your hand and helped you get up the stairs without falling. You then hooked your arm with his.

Fan were screaming his name on the side but he didn't pay attention them yet. He first turned towards the press. You walked with him and you stopped infront of some interviewers.

'Hi Tom, so glad you could make it.' One of the ladies smiled.

'Yeah were happy to be here.' He smiled.

'So who's the lovely lady you brought today?' She immediately asked.

Tom looked at you and smiled.

'This is the beautiful Y/N Y/L and she is my girlfriend.' He smiled.

'Oh really?' She asked while looking at you.

'Yes. We've been together for two months now but we dated for a long time before that.' You smiled.

You couldn't believe that you were actually talking to the press without being too nervous. With Tom being that everthing was okay.

'And why didn't you reveal that before? Didn't you think your fans deserve to know?'

You knew that Tom wanted to answer that question. Earlier girlfriends were scared away by the amount of fans that didn't agree that he was dating someone. Tom wanted to say something to all his fan.

'I wanted to make it special and I wanted to make sure that I could explain something. What I did with my previous girlfriends was just post a picture with them on my Instagram or something. But my fans of course don't agree with me dating anyone so they got scared away.' Tom explained. 'I finally found this amazing girl that I've been looking for and I hope that my fans will put my happiness above the 0.000001 percent chance that I might fall in love with them and that they all understand that she's amazing and that I'm very happy with her.' He smiled.

He looked at you and you blushed a little.

'That was it. Thank you.' She smiled.

Tom hooked his arm with you again and you made your way to the fans. They all reached out to him with papers, pens and phones. Tom grabbed his own phone and pulled you a little closer. He made a selfie of you two with all the fans on the background. Then he put his phone away again and started handing out some autographs and he asked you to take a picture every once is a awhile.

You were really enjoying it and afterwards you made you way to the picture area. You walked over the red carpet and pictures were taken off you two. You couldn't stop smiling. You were so happy that it was finally out there. That you could go out with him in public and just be with him.

He stopped for a moment to pose for some pictures infront of a special wall where that happened. He laid his hand around your waist and made sure that you were on the pictures as well.

'If they want some pictures of you alone then I can leave if you want.' You said.

'No way. You're here with me.' He smiled.

'I feel like lady gaga.' You said causing Tom to laugh.

You turned to you.

'Enjoy the moment. Maybe you're made for the spotlights then.' He grinned.

'If I can share it with you then I'm happy.' You smiled.

Tom leaned in and kissed you. You kissed him back. You heard a lot cameras taking pictures of you two. He pulled back and you smiled at him.

'I'm so glad we did this.' He smiled.

'Me too.' You smiled before walking inside with him.
