You were sitting in a coffee shop, waiting for your best friend, Tom Felton. You met him during his time after Harry Potter. You had been very close for years, but lately things went the wrong way.

You started having feelings for Tom but he was focussed on his career. With his recent appearance in the flash, all he did was work. You hadn't seen him in months. You tried to meet up but all he said was: can we do it another time?

Of course Tom didn't know that you had feelings for him.. but still. You had been with him through everything. His break up with jade, his difficult moment from being away from his family for a long time. Especially here in America.

But now Tom was an hour late. You finished your second coffee and checked you phone. No messages. He didn't even send you anything to apologise or reschedule. You sighed and rubbed your face with your hands.

When you looked up Tom appeared. You hid the smile that wanted to appear on your face. He smiled while walking towards you. Of course he missed you too.

You didn't seem to understand the reasons why Tom couldn't come. He was very busy and he hated that he had to cancel. He felt horrible. He was just so happy to see you. He tried to stay in contact with you and he loved that.

'Hi Y/N! It's been ages.' He smiled.

You slowly got up and hugged him. Tom hugged you back.

'How have you been?' He asked you while letting you go.

'I've been good..' You said while sitting down.

Tom sat down opposite of you. You just looked at him while moving your empty cup around.

'You're late..' You just said when he didn't say anything.

'I know I'm sorry. I wanted this to be a happy meeting. I didn't want jump in with this topic.'

'I just feel a little bit let down.. why didn't you text me?' You asked him.

'I was driving. If I would get an accident it would only get worse. Then I wouldn't be able to see you at all.'

You sighed and a waitress made her way to the table.

'Hi! What can I get for you?' She asked him right away.

You sat back in your chair.

'I'll just have a normal coffee please.' He smiled.

'For me too please.'

The girl wrote it down. She kept looking up at him.

'Listen.. I know I might be bothering you but I'm a huge fan of you! Could I get an autograph?' She asked him.

Tom smiled.

'Of course love.'

She handed him the notebook and pen. He checked her nametag and wrote a small message with an autograph. He handed it back and the girl walk away with a huge smile.

'So why are you late?' You asked him. 'Work?'

'The filming took a little longer than I expected. I'm sorry.'

You sighed and shook your head. It actually started hurting you. Work, it was all he cared about. What was your friendship to him? Nothing? You did get that it could be busy but he promised you this one thing. You didn't even force him to do anything in all those months and now you ask him one thing and he's stuck with work again.
