Ch.40 Heroics

Karai packs everything in her bag. She was at a small motel in the conor of town. She had plans to leave New York City to get away from everything. As she packs a knocks is heard. Karai quickly grabs her pistol and walks to the door she peeks through the door hole and sees Shredder's sectary astitant, Karen.

Karai opens up the door.

"Oh thank god Karai, I'm so glad I found you, something terrible has happened to your father... he died in a fire, it's all over the news" Karen explains frantically.

"I know" Karai said sadly. "I'm leaving town" Karai tells her.

"You can't, Your in heir to run the Saki company" Karen explains.

"Wait what ?" Karai asks.

"Here, your father wanted you to have this if something ever bad happend to him or he died" Karen said handing her a letter, a case and a will signing. "It's a will sighing" Karen said.

Karai looks at it and heads into the bathroom to read it. Here's what it read.

Dear Karen, If anything bad happens to me, My daughter, Karai will run The Saki company. Everything I have owned will be her's. My money, my company and buildings will belong to her. In the case is 1000,000 million dollars, that will be given to Karai. However the foot will not be ruled by Karai becauses it dismantel, the foot legacies is gone however The Saki will be carried on by Karai.

Karai didn't know what to say. Shredder was giving her almost everything he owned to her. Including All of his money, millions of it. She open up the case and looked at it to make sure it's real. And sure enough it was real. Every cent of it. She wasn't his daughter yet he made sure she was an heir to everything he had owned, well expect the foot but she didn't want anything to do with it.

Karai smiles with glee having an idea to get back at Shredder and move on with her travel plans.

She walks out of the bathroom and looks at Karen.

"First act in charge I want Dr. Victor Falco in charge of the saki corporate while I have my viction" Karai said.

"I don't know if..." Karen Began but Karai glares at her.

"I'm in charge and I say Victor will run the company" Karai snaps.

"Okay ms. Karai" Karen said unsure.

You see Dr. Falco has an metal problem and he was clearly not fit to run anything stressful. Karai knows this well and she knows people like Falco will run the company into the ground, ruining the Saki name. It was the perfect revenge.

But deep down Karai felt sad losing her father.

But She walks out with the case of money in her hands.

"Termone ?" A dowesey voice asks.

Termone turns her head to see Rook finnaly awake.

to be proven however if they are Superheroes watching over us, I want to say thank you" The reporter explains as footage of firemen putting out the fire.
