Back in the dormitory, alarm clocks are ringing in every room. It is already morning. The loudest one, however, belongs to the theme song of Super Mario, blasting through the walls as though Mario is literally bouncing on them. Yoongi, being the unfortunate occupant of that room, hisses. He cannot tolerate another second of it and reaches with his hand to whatever is within his reach.
It is the comb again.
He throws it with absolute reliance on his instinct. Instead of the silence he yearns, a shriek of pain rips through the deafening robotic tunes.
“Turn off that bloody clock of yours, Jin-ah,” Yoongi groans impatiently.
“I can’t find it!”
Yoongi hisses again. “What?! You can’t find it?!”
“I’m not speaking Spanish that you cannot understand, Pabo!”
“Aigoo!”
Yoongi reluctantly sits up and intends to stab the deadliest glare on his roommate. Unfortunately, he cannot find his roommate. His sight is filled with dolls everywhere in their small dormitory room. Yoongi instantly exhales in frustration.
“What the hell did you do to the room?!” Yoongi yells on the top of his voice. “Where are you, Pabo?!”
Jin suddenly pops out from the pile on the floor, looking as goofy as always. “I’m here.”
Yoongi takes the chance to throw his pillow at Jin’s face. Jin’s dramatic wail somehow relieves Yoongi for a moment.
“What was that for?!” Jin yelps. “If you have time to throw things, get your ass off the bed and find my alarm clock!”
“Ae, ae! I heard you!”
As soon as Yoongi steps out of his bed, something sounds crushed under his foot and the ringing tune stops. Jin gasps knowing best what it was while Yoongi smirks nervously.
“Found it.”
“I hate you, Min Yoongi! That is the fifth clock you broke!”
Yoongi sits back on his bed, giving another scan of his room infested with stuffed toys. “Yah, Jin-ah. Explain this.”
Jin blinks and before he can say anything, a yawn overcomes him, leading him to rub his eyes. Yoongi cocks a brow at him before looking at the time on his phone screen. It has only been four hours since Jin left the room. That also means he is up sewing the dolls until now.
Yoongi stares at the bandaids wrapped around Jin’s fingers, telling much that the older lad has been struggling with sleep and doing something he is not accustomed to.
Once again, Jin’s perseverance amazes Yoongi.
Yoongi sighs and holds his hand up, gesturing Jin to forget explaining. “I have to leave for basketball practice.”
“I know,” Jin pouts. “And please, on your way to the toilet, don’t step on them with your destructible feet.”
“Are you expecting me to fly over them?” Yoongi sasses. “Should you gather them to one place?”
Jin wants to answer him yet his eyes occupy him first, combing the whole room, searching for a corner big enough to stack the dolls and not get dirty. Yoongi ruffles the side of his hair, a sign of impatience. He steps up eventually picking one by one near him. Jin notices and reacts with a stern expression.
“Hajima! What are you trying to do?” Jin attempts to stand up amidst the mess.
Yoongi gathers as much as his arms can carry and he drops them onto his own bed. “You’re going to be done with all these by afternoon, right?”
