Chapter 39: Nicholas

"Kitten calm down" Antonio said as he kneeled in front of me.

He took me away from where I found him and sat me down on a bench just outside the school.

"I can't, I can't" I cried as my entire body shook.

"Drink this" Antonio said then handed me the bottle but it dropped before I could open it.

"I'm sorry, I dropped it i-" I sobbed and Antonio cupped my cheeks making me look at him.

"It's me kitten. Your Antonio, it's fine" he said and I cried some more.

"I don't want him to hurt me" I said and he gently grabbed my hand and placed them on his cheeks.

"No one will hurt you. Have I ever let you down" he said and I shook my head.

He always looked out for me,there was no reason to be scared but why was I.

"Take a deep breath and tell me who is this he you keep Referring to" he said wiping my tears.

"Ni-ni-Nicholas. He is out of jail and he is coming after me" I said shaking my head.

"Kitten,I can't understand anything you are saying" he said and I took a deep breath.

"Three years ago,Nicholas moved to Boston and he was new to this school and like the rest he bullied me along with Stacey and Marco. Unlike Stacey and Marco,his pranks were extreme. Every time he pranked me,I ended up in the hospital in life threatening conditions" I said and Antonio took a deep breath.

"What did he do to you" he asked and I chuckled bitterly.

"He almost drowned me,burn me using a car tire,he almost dropped me off the school's roof, he did so many things but when I constantly went to the hospitals with the wounds they became suspicious"

"They asked me but I never opened my mouth. One day he almost pushed me off a cliff but lucky for me the police stopped him. Stacey and Marco too were arrested but released because their parents had connection with the police but Nicholas was sentenced to 10 years in jail"

"I can't believe I forgot that. When grace died they bullied me using words but when they went to jail it got worse. I've been so focused on Grace's death,I forgot when all this truly started.  Antonio they weren't bulling me because they thought I killed Grace, they were doing it because I allowed the police to arrest them and keep him locked up"

"Fuck him and everything else, no one can touch you as long as you are with me" he said and I hugged him.

"I know, I have no fear when I'm with you" I said and I felt him pull me closer.

I heard someone slowly clapping their hands. I looked up and my grip on Antonio tighten as he grinned at me. Antonio pulled away from me then stood up when he saw the person I was scared of.

"And who the fuck are you" Antonio asked and I stood up as well hiding behind his back.

"That bitch was just talking about me" he said and I clichéd to Antonio's arm.

"Oh so you are that son of a bitch" Antonio said staring at him with a deadly glare.

"I'm so proud, you found a boyfriend" Nicholas said to me and I averted my gaze to the ground.

Nicholas was handsome let me tell you, he was strong but not as Antonio. He had jet black hair and brown eyes which always held nothing more than hate for me. He was as tall as Antonio so he was also towering over me.

"How are you out of jail" I said finally managing up the courage to speak.

"Let's just say, I have a Healthy relationship with the cops" he said then sent me a wink.
