"Were going to create the greatest hit of all time!" Justin's eyes twinkled as he looked at his older friend, who didn't seem very supportive of his idea.

"I don't think we should try that out, there are many windows here and you could easily break one. I don't want to get into trouble," ZhengTing played with the baseball in his hands, throwing it up and down before Justin snatched it from him.

"Don't be such a party pooper, nothing could go wrong if we aim right," Justin tried to sell his idea to the still unimpressed ZhengTing. "I still don't think it's a good idea."

"Come on now."

"No."

"Please?"

"Never."

"I promise nothing wrong will go on," Justin put his hand on his heart and closed his eyes, hoping his act would somehow convince ZhengTing.

"Still no," ZhengTing replied monotonously as he walked away, letting the younger boy chase him.

"If anything happens, I could take the blame for you!" Justin offered, slightly catching ZhengTing's attention. "Really? And how would you do that?"

"It's simple, you could just leave it to me."

"You know what, let's try it out. But if anything wrong happens, your rich self will pay the price," ZhengTing finally gave in as Justin cheered for himself silently.

The duo positioned themselves at the middle of the court, Justin being the pitcher and ZhengTing clutching his bat tightly. On the count of three, Justin threw the baseball as hard as he could. It flew in alarming speed towards ZhengTing. Trusting his reflexes, ZhengTing let his bat swing and it hit the ball with a loud impact. The baseball flew and the duo lost track of it, but they soon found it as a crash sounded in the distance.

"We're so dead," ZhengTing muttered as he stared at the window his baseball broke.

"You mean, you're so dead. You're the one who hit it in that direction, not me," Justin said matter-of-factly.

"Excuse me? You said you'll take responsibility!" ZhengTing exclaimed as Justin skipped away from him, playing with a bat he held with him.

"I'll take responsibility if it were my fault."

"But-" ZhengTing didn't bother to continue bickering with him, it won't change anything anyways.

Sighing, ZhengTing turned his gaze back at the broken window. It was on the second floor, the same floor he lived in.

Let's see, on that floor we have the elderly couple, the newly weds, the business man, and that girl, ZhengTing swallowed the lump forming in his throat, Huang Meirong.
