Chapter 13

As the week progressed the more i got nervous about the court date, even if my brother said i souldnt be but i was.

I had been answering questions from the kids when someone asked me something "how come your a bit edgy?2 she asked and i sighed "um.. okay well im kind of going through a divorce and she's taking me to court about it all... shit tis tomorrow!" i said, i could feel myself panicing,

"what happened?2 she asked and i sighed "well we met when we were sixteen, she was the new kid at school. I was opnely gay and we were friends at the start and she was shocked to hear that everyone was okay with it a few months later she came out and in that time i had fallen for her,

]She found out at a party and thinking back she was using it to her advantage anyway we started daiting and tewo weeks in i caught her cheating but i was in love with her so i let it slide then i caught her cheating again, she promised she would never do it again and i believed her but she never kept that prmoise.

Anway we had been daiting up until we were twenty and i asked her to marry me and she promised she would never cheat on em again as we would be married. We were living in England, she was a school teacher and i wasd with the RAF, duh, anyway she wanted to move back up here but we couldnt,

So my barrokcs closed and i couldnt wait to tell her that we'd be moving up to Scotland, we'd get to see both sets of parents more often it was what she wanted. So i rushed home to tell her and i caught her doing our best friend and ironically he was a dude so i left her, said i was getting a divorce and now she's not signing the papers and taking em to court to settle it!2 i said and they were in shcok,

"but why is she taking you to court, dad tried to explain but it wa slaw junk!" George said and i smilled "we think its because she wnts attention or something!" i said and he nodded,

I looke dover at Jeff who was smiling at me and i smiled back, it was going to be okay, right?

My alarm woke me up and i banged it off, today was court day. I got up and got in my service dress.

 I got some toast and George was trying to talk but i wasnt co-operating with him "look its going to be okay!" he said and i nodded.

I said bye to George and left for court. I got in my car and a text from Jeff came through,

Hope it all goes okay i know it will- good luck!

I smiloed and drove off to court. I put my hat on and got out my car meeting with my brother who was waiting for me outside the old building,

"how you feeling?" he asked just then i saw Jackie and she had a smirk on her face when she saw me and i could feel my anger building.

"im fine lets justy go!" i said through gritted teeth. We waited outside the room us standing to one siude of the door Jackie standing to the other. We were told to enter the room and we took our seats,

The judge came in and was surprised to see me, guess its cause i was in my unifrom. Jackies lawyer was up first and started talking and i could feel my anger building, this stuff wasnt true,

"this sint what we built on!" Mark whispered and i looked at him "what?" i asked "they tricked us they went from a different angle!" he said with a sigh "what does that mean?" i asked and he gave an appologetic look,

"you could loose your job!" he said and i sighed. This was her plan then, me to loose my job the one thing that means the most to me besides my family, of course she would know if i went to court i could loose my job- bitch!

Mark tried his best but it didnt work. we are divorced now but theres a 50-50 chance i could loose my job. The thing is though accusations were made and thats what would be question also.
