From the minute i woke up i was a bag of nerves, i could loose my job! Jeff insisted on going into work today even though the docotr didnt advise it. I drove her to work and we just sta in the car,
"good luck today!" she said and i nodded "if you neded me call me!" i said and she smiled, she gave me a hug and i tried not to cry "hey its going to be opkay!" she said and i nodded,
"you best go!" i said and she nodded. I got out and ran out to the toher side and opened the door for her, she smiled at me getting out of the car and taking her crutch.
She stoped and turned to me fixing my tie for me, seh dusted of my shoulder and kissed my cheek "good luck!" she said and i smiled. I got in the car and drove to the metting place.
Jeff's POV
It had only been a short amount of time and my crutch was lalready bugging me, i had to take iot everywhere and i mean everywhere, even the toilet and as my medication made me need to go there a lot it was just a catastrophy.
I was in the class that Sawyer would be here talking and i was missing her. It hurt that we were waiting i wanted to be with her now i know what i want but it does make some sense.
"Miss howcome your in crutches?" someone asked and i frowned "um..." i said scratching the back of my neck "lets just say my ex-girlfriend wasnt very... nice should i say and wasnt nice on a few occasions resulting me in hospital but its all fine now, i hope!2 i said and they were shocked,
"was she abusing you do you mean?" she asked and i sighed "yeah i guess you could put it like that!" i said fiddeling with a pen "so how did you get in the crutches?" another kid asked and i sighed,
"didnt take the break up talk very well, infact put me through a glass coffee table how nice dont you think!" i said and there eyes looked to be almost out of there sockets,
"its all okay now, im of safe and stuff so no nneed to worry your little hearts out!" i said and they smiled a bit "where are you now?" a kid asked and i smiled "um... im staying with Sawyer!" i said and they all smiled widely and i rolled my eyes,
There was a light knock on my door and i saw it was Sawyer "hey" i said and she walked in with her head down as she fiddeled with her hat, she was in her service dress which confused me as it wasnt a ress.
"how did it go?2 i heard George ask as she leaned on my desk "i no longer have a job as a pilot with the RAF!" she sounded so broken it hurt.
I got up and gave her a hug "im not going to cry!2 she mumbled and i rubbed her back "its okay if you do, i wont mind!" she burst into tears and i held her tight.
She pulled away and wiped her eys, i gave her a light smile which she returned "what do you do now?2 i asked and she shrugged "once i get this months pay thats me!" she said and i sighed,
The bell went and the class left but George "this was her plan all along, she wanted me to loose my job!2 she said and i hugged her "its okay Sawyer i mean you have enough money!" George said and she nodded,
"its not about that G its about the fact i loved my job, i didnt care about the money i loved my job and now its gone and i cant get it back!2 she said holding her hea din her hands.
I rubbed her back and she sighed "i just wanna go home!" she said and i nodded "come on then, how about movies and hot chocolate?2 i asked and she smiled lightly "perfect!" she said making me smile,
" come on then lets go!2 George said excitingly. I got my bstuff together and we went home i hopes of cheering Sawyer up a bit.
