"Jackie... she's taking you to court!"

That wa splaying ove rin my mind, why? "why?" i asked as he finally caught his breath "apparently cause your the one wanting the divorce, your not setteling it with her so she's wanting it settled in court!2 he said and i nodded "great just fucking great!" i almost yelled,

"Well this is just fantastis isnt it!" i said. I could feel myself getting angry "does she even knwo whats she's going to do to my career? God, why couldnt she just sign the god damn papers and get over with it. I mean fair enough if i wa sin the wrong but it wasnt me it was her!2 i said ranting at thewm both,

"what do you mean career?2 Jeff asked as they btoh had confused faces on them "well if i go to court for anything i could loose my job and once your kicked out of the military well theres no fucking hope!2 i said as i started pacing,

"oay just cal down!" Jeff said putting her hands on my shoulders stopping me from pacing "just breath!2 she said and i relxed more making her smile "its going to be okay, yeah?" she said and i nodded "thanks!" i said and she smiled,

"aww Jaw is so cute!" my brother said and i looked at him "not you too?2 i asked and he nodded "so cute and i need to go, work and stuff bye!2 he said and speed off in his car.

"look its okay, you havnt done nothing wrong!" she said and i nodded, the bell went and we had to head to class, ha head to class makes me feel like im school again!

I was talking to the kids about other things you can do in the RAF when Jeffs phone went "i can give you a detention for that!2 i said as she looked at caller ID "sorru i need to taske this!" she said and went out of the class but the door was open.

I shrigged and continued talking "but i cant just leave i have to work!" i heard her say, it wasnt loud but i heard it. I think its Clara...

Jeff came back in and gave me a paniced look, so its Clara. "sorry guys i have to go its a fmily emegancy!" she said putting her coat on. She got her bag and gave me a short smile before leaving "wait a minute!" i said. I ran out and stopped her in the corridor and she looked scared,

"its Clara isnt it?" i asked and she nodded "look if anything happens theres a key to my flat ontop of the door frame, take it and go in and wait for me okay?" i asked and she nodded,

"im scared Saweyer she sounds angry..." sher said and i hugged her "you best go you dont want to make it owrse!" i said and she nodded.

I let her leave feeling just as scared for her. I wnet back to the class who were all eyeds "family stuff.. so um where was i..."

I was worried ther whole day, i still cant get my head around why another human being would injure another human being in such away.

I got to my level when C;ara came storning down the stairs as if she just came from Jeffs, she looked furious and i saw some blood on her hands and i suddenly panicked,

"hey Clara!" i said but she just ignored me. I suddenly hecked the top of my frame incase jeff had somehow escaped but the key was still there,

I ran upto Jeffs level and the door was shut "Jeff!2 i banged on it "jeff its me Sawyer are you okay?" i asked banging on the door but i got no answer.

I tried the door and it was open "seriously need to shut that properly!" i mumbled. I looked around and i couldnt see her so i went to the rooms "jeff?" i asked as i looked in the bedroom and no one was there.

Im guessing the next is the bathroom, i knocked first "jeff?" i asked. I got a grunt. I gently opened the door and she was huddeled up next to the toilet. She had her knees to her chest and her head burried in.

I frowned at the site "Jeff, you okay?" i asked as i sat next to her but she scooted  away "could be better" she mumbled and i nodded,

"i saw her leave" she flinched at the mention of Clara, of course she would how stupid. I wrapped my arms aropund her and she hesitated before comming closer and hugging me. She started to cry and i rubbed her back,

"she just wouldnt stop..." she said and i held her closer "come on lets get you cleaned up!" i said and she nodded.

She looked at me and i gapsed, she was worse than before there was blood everywhere. I hugged her again and she wrapped her arms around me lightly,

"come on" i said helping her up as she hissed in pain "its to sore!" she said sitting back down "okay then!" i said and picked her up bridal style making her msile lightly "always a solution" i said and she nodded leaning into me,

"were goign to mine" i said and she nodded. I carried her downstairs and i got us in my apartment "Geroge is of to that boyfriends of his so we have some time" i said and she nodded,

I sat her on my bed and she hugged my popcorn cushion "i'll let you shower and you can borrow some clothes" i said and she nodded "thank you" she croaked out and i smiled sitting beside her,

"its okay, i want to help as best as i can!" i said and she nodded. I gave her some snoopy pyjamas and let her go for a shower.

She wa sin the shower when George came back "hey dude!" i said as i drank a coffee reading the paper "i had sex!" he said and i looked at him as we stared at each other for a moment,

"um.. okay why you telling me?" i asked and he looked at me "i... i dont know..." he said and i nodded "always a good reason, aqs long as you wanted it and wasnt forced or shit then okay by the way-" i was cut of by Jeff comming out of the shower in my pyjamas,

"by the way Jeffs over!" i said and Jeff smiled. She sat down beside George and he wiggled his eyebrows at me and i shook my head "want some coffee?" i asked herand she shook her head,

There were bruises all over her arms and the shinner on her eye it all made me want to just hug her forever. I saw George lookign at them confused,

"George dont you have homwork or something?" i asked sitting on the coffee table casually,2oh yeah i do opps!" he said going off to his room,

I sat beside Jeff hugging her and she cried into me "why does she do it why cant she just be a normal girlfriend?" she asked and i held her closer "i dont know dude, but she doesnt deserve you" i said and she held onto me tighter,

We sat in silence and i felt her breathing get slower and i looked and saw she was asleep, aww it was adorbale,

Shut up Sawyer you cant be thinking like that!

I picked her up and sat her on my bed.  tucked her in and she was smiling lightly. I kissed her forehead "sleep tight!" i whidpered. I sat back in the livingroom and Geroge was there, "hey dude!" i said and he smiled,

"whats up with Jeff and the bruises?" he whispered. I looked back at my room and the door was shut ~"her girlfriend is beating her!" i whispered incase she heard,

He nodded and we didnt talk about it again.
