Chapter 12

Jeffs POV

I woke up in Sawyers bed and it made me smile, i was glad Sawyer was there for me. My other firned when i told her didnt believe me, she did sort of set me up with Clara.

I looked in the bed and Sawyer wasnt there but a note was,

Hey sleepy head. I let you sleep a bit longer. I called itno work for ytou, i dont thinks its god for you to go in. Get some rest, make youself at home. Some pancakles in the fridge for you and i'll see you when im home

I msiled lightly. I sat up and groaned in pain, my body was covered in bruises and bruises that hurt. I sat up holding my stomach and got out the room and saw George sitting on the couch in his pyjamas,

"hey Jeff!2 he said while eating ice-cram and watching a movie "hey Gerge!" i said getting the pancakes and i smiled. They were shaped in smiley faces with whipe cream mustaches,

I sat on the couch beside George who smiled at me "so why you off?2 i asked and he smile dmore "well im 'ill' and Sawyer saw right through it but thought i could keep you company!" he said and i nodded,

"i wont tell" i said andhe gave me a thumbs up "so how you feeling?" he asked and i nodded "fine" i wanst i was feeling like shit and sore all over "um... id ont know if i should say but i asked Sawyer about the bruises and she told me dont get mad at her" he said and i nodded,

"i understand, its okay" i said and he nodded "so now how you feeling?" he asked and i sighed "really sore and like shit" i said trying not to cry and he nodded,

"why dont you leave her?" he asked and i sighed "its not as easy, im pretty scared about it. I have thought about it and i got close i was going to stay at a hotel i had a bag packed and she found out and i was well, beat up pretty bad anmd that just well scared me" i said and he frowned,

"okay but i think you should try cause you cant live like this forever" he said and i nodded "thanks!" i said and he nodded "by the way Sawyers comming home at lunch" he said and i smiled instantly making him smile,

"whats the deal with you two, is Jaw going to happen?2 he asked and i rolled my eyes huggina cushion "no its not, i dotn like her like that!" i said and he nodded but smiling widely "sure!" he said and i shook my head.

George and I were eating sandwhiches when Sawyer came in. She came in and sat on the couch exhausted "i hate supply teachers!" she said and i smiled,

"wy2 i asked and she looked at me "the man thats covering your class happens to be an ex-m,ilitary man and he is a stuck up prick askingh me a tone of questions" she said and i laughed lightly.

Her phone buzzed and she frowne d"whats up?2 Geporge asked "your dads comming over theres news on the court thing!2 she said and i frowned, i didnt understand why Jackie was taking her to court doesnt she realise the damage she could do?

There was a knock on the door and Sawyer sighed "that'll be Mark!" she said getting up to answer it "Clara?" she asked and i froze, why is Clara here?

"have you seen Jeff, she sint in?" she asked and i could tell she was angry "well at this time i would think she was at work" Sawyer said "um.. yeah yeah thats right she said she was ill though and i thought she woiuld be off..." she said,

"hmm oh i see well maybe she's better" Sawyer said "well if you see her tell her i was looking ofr her!" she said "will do" "Sawyer hey!" i heard a gruff voice and i knew it was her brother,

"as you cna see i need to go, it was nice seeing you!" Sawyer said "okay bye!" Clara said and i saw her brother come in with Saweyer as i huddled on the couch clutching a cushion,

Sawyer sat veside me and held e in a hug and i smelt her perfume and it was so her. It smelled like popcirn and chocolate, dont ask how but it does making me smile,

Theres something about Sawyer that always made me smile, the thought of her or even the mention of her it always got me smiling.

"um.. is this a good time?" her brother asked "its okay whats up?2 Sayer asked and i could tell she was worried who wouldnt be her job is at risk here "well we have a date,its closer than we expected...next week" he said and i felt Sawyer stifen,

I held her hand and she smiled at me "um.. okay then!" she said and her brother smiled "its going to be okay!2 he said and she sighed "hope so!" she said and he nodded,

"well i have to leave, work an all you okay bud?" he asked George who nodded "yeah im fine say hi to daddy for me!" he said and he smiled "will do, right thats me bye!2 he said and left and Sawyer sighed and hugged her,

"its going to be okay!" i said and she nodded "i'll need to go i still have to talk to people and suffer that substitue!" she said and i laughed lightly "okay" i said and she nodded,

"i'll see you later!" she said and kissed my cheek "b-bye" i said and she left, George wiggles his eyes as i blushed slightly,

She kissed my cheek!
