Authors note: This chapter is a little longer than the others as I have incorporated two different writing prompts in one story. I might also use these characters in some of my other prompts. Hope you enjoy!

Prompt #5.1

A: "Love can make you do some crazy things."

B: "You're talking about me, right? Yes, I'd kill for my girlfriend if she asked."

Prompt #5.2

A: "The thing is, she looks at me and I just..."

B: "Forget your own name?"

A: "Exactly!"

I rushed to Eric's on my bike as fast as I could, my backpack jumping side to side with the corresponding peddle. All houses looking the same in our suburban neighborhood plus the speed I was going mixed with adrenaline pumping, I almost completely missed his light green house. Skidding into his driveway I hopped of the bike throwing it to the ground not bothering to look back at how it landed. Very out of character on my behalf because usually my bike is my baby. I was late though and if I didn't hurry I might not see her at all. Walking into his house not bothering to knock I muttered a quick 'hello' to Eric's mother, Natasha, and ran downstairs to the basement, the place me and all the guys meet up, it has been the same since junior high. Tripping on someone's shorts I fell down the last three steps landing on my face.

"Hey Flighty." I hear a bemused Eric call out. I rolled over and peered to the couch where I could see the the curly black locks of his sticking up.

"How'd you know it was me? Chase and Scooter ain't here yet, neither is Matt or Kyle." I reply picking myself up from the floor, adjusting my glasses and throwing everything back into my bag. I walked over and sat on the mismatch flower-print love seat across the table from the black three-seater Eric was lounging on in his boxers with a controller in his hand. He scoffed as I heard;

"You're the only one stupid enough to fall down the stairs." Jumping I didn't even see Kyle sitting in the brown recliner beside me. The chair almost swallowed him whole so my mistake was understandable, at least that's how I justified it. Offended I went to protest but before I could even open my mouth I heard another voice pipe up,

"Yea, why do you think they call you flighty?" I looked up and immediately my eyes widened and my jaw hung slacked open. There, standing at the bottom of the stairs, she was standing right there holding back an amused smile.

Emilia, Eric's twin sister. Though none of us could figure out how they were twins. Don't get me wrong, it was obvious. They both had all the same features, but on Emilia they somehow worked in a way they didn't for Eric.

Her hair cascaded in the same long black curly hair, but his stuck up in all different angles giving him an Afro-like hairdo. They has the same big green eyes, but hers were bright leaf-green doe eyes. His were a murky swamp water color and much too bug like. The same freckles but hers were sprinkled delicately along her face and arms as he looked almost half freckle half man. They both had the same thick rimmed glasses to cure their equal blindness. On Eric they made his bug eyes more prominent, Emilia's on the other hand brought out her eye color. They were twins for sure, but she was definitely the better looking one. Feeling a slap on the arm I broke from the trance that the goddess had put on me like she had done so many times before. I looked around to see everyone staring at me. Chase, Scooter, and Matt standing behind Eric as he sat there with his head in his hands. I hadn't even noticed the other guys come in. Kyle sat back in his seat rolling his eyes, and she sat there smiling, laughing slightly as she shook her head.
