I instantly spotted Jess walking towards Luke's Dinner. I was glad it had stopped raining.
"JESS! JESS!" I yelled.
He stopped, saw me, and continued to walk. So I ran. I quickly caught up to him.
"Who the heck do you think you are!" I yelled.
"Says the person that just chased me," he began.
"No. You don't get to speak! I'm talking. I am not ok with the way that you treated Rory tonight or the fact that you made her feel stupid, and called the rest of my friends and their boyfriends who actually are deserving of my friends idiots. And if you take Rory to a dance she is going to want you to dance! That's in the book of things to do for you girlfriend! And if you can't do that then you definitely don't deserve Rory. Rory is the best girl that you will ever meet. And she deserves the best of you. But if you can't do that then you just lost the best fish in the sea," I stormed off.
I could tell that I pissed Jess off but I didn't care. I told you I would do anything for my friends.
I walked back to the bash.
Rory was waiting for me at the door.
"So the arm?" She pointed.
"Oh that.." I began.
"Thea what happened?" She asked.
"Well before Jake Anderson left he asked me out. I refused he asked again and so on. Then I went to the bathroom again and there he was. He asked me out and I refused he grabbed my arm and he bruised it then I slipped and slammed on the ground," I spoke.
"Then what happened!" Rory exclaimed.
"Zorro came and saved me," I laughed nervously.
"Oooh! Zorro! So who is he?" She grinned.
"Um I don't know," I shrugged.
"Well now is the time," she smiled and shoved me towards Zorro.
I slipped and crashed into Zorro.
My hand on Deans chest. His on my waist. My face close to his. He kissed me. I kissed him back. My pager went off. I pulled it out of my bag. Mom. I grabbed my cell and called her.
