-(Y/N) POV-

When you woke up, you weren't on the roof top. You were with the Outsider.

A smile broke across your face as you saw him. He looked at you and smiled. You walked towards him, your walk then turned into a jog, which turned into a run. You jumped into his arms, and he gladly caught you and held you close.

"My Dearest! You're safe!" He said excitedly, his obsidian eyes gleaming with relief that you hadn't been killed yet.
You giggled, which made a light blush appear on the Outsider's face. "My dear Outsider, always happy to see me."
You both laughed lightly, then his smile faded a little, and he put you down.

"How are you taking the news of your Empress..?" He asked, concern lacing his words, as you bit your lip and looked away.
The Outsider wiped away the tears forming in your eyes, and he kissed your forehead.

"My Dear....it truly is a shame what happened to her..."

You blushed deeply, the sound of the whales calming you slightly.
"Do you know who killed her? And who took Miss Emily?"

The Outsider looked away, guilt weighing him down. When he looked back at you, you were waiting for an answer.
He sighed, "Yes...but I think it's best for you not to know..hatred won't help anyone right now, Darling." The Outsider said, placing a few loose strands of hair behind your ear.
"For now, let's just worry about the plague, ok? Try to keep the other's away from Weepers."

A confused look passed your face as everything became blurry, taking you away from the Outsider and into reality once more
