Life V.S. Death (Sequel to Heaven V.S. Hell)

Chapter 1

(Joseph's POV)

After eating dinner we all headed back to our rooms. 

"Say kiddo!" Tony said. 

"Yes?"

"How about we go out tomorrow, all of us? You know go to the mall and stuff?"

"I would love to!" I reply smiling. Tony nodded and walked away. I settled into my bed and closed my eyes. I waited a few moments, to make sure that everyone was asleep. Until I was confident that the coast was clear, I got out of bed and headed towards my mother and father's room. I opened the door slowly and carefully, making sure it doesn't make any noise. I tip toed between my mother and father. They looked so peacefull. I looked at my right arm. The time was ticking. (Joseph has a timer on his arm, it's kind of like part of his body. It counts down to how much time he has left.) I had 3 days left. 

"I promise mother and father. I will do everything in my power to get you back." I vowed. Leaving the room. I snuggled back into bed and fell asleep.

*Beginning of Dream*

"Joseph. Joseph" a voice said. I open my eyes and see mom and dad smiling down at me. 

"Mom? Dad?" 

"Yes my son" father replies

"What?" I ask confused.

"My son, we have news for you." mom said

"Danger is near. You must be careful." father adds.

"I'm scared mom."

"Don't be, my dearest. You'll get through this." Mother replies

"Stay with me?"

"Always" Father replies nodding. "Now close your eyes and sleep my son" Nodding I close my eyes again to be taken into another dream. I see an angel, with grey wings who was reading a book. He didn't seem to notice my company so I cleared my throat. The angel looked up and smiled.

"Hello Joseph. I've been waiting for you." he said, closing the book.

"Um...might I ask who are you?....Sir?" I asked politely, remembering mom's advice about talking to angels. The angel chuckled.

"No need to call me sir, Joseph. I am Raziel." Raziel informed. 

"Alright Raziel...um....did you need something? From me that is...." I asked nervously. Raziel nodded and waved his hand over in front of him. A chair appeared. 

"Please sit, I have something to show you." Raziel commanded. I sat down, crossing my legs. "Now, might I ask Joseph, have you heard of liquid life?"

"No..."

"Liquid life is basically the element that gives life. Obviously. It is used to bring loved ones from the dead." 

"Can it bring mom and dad back?"

"Yes."

"Then where is it?"

"Slow down young man. It cannot be easily found. You must have the two elements, combine it, with your mother and father's blood. Then and ONLY then can you bring them back."

"Well what are the two elements?"

"Let me show you." Raziel said reaching for my forehead. I closed my eyes and saw what was needed, and what I had to do. Raziel removed his hand from my forehead and leaned back.
