That depends on what type his s/o is.
If she's the shy type she would probably just sit there, stare at him and blush like crazy. She might even leave the room so she doesn't have to deal with it.
If she's a bit more open she might walk over to him and whisper in his ear how turned on she is - only if they're alone. She doesn't want anyone else to know it.
