Sequel to In Love With A Criminal.
Isla is 4 now and Jughead finally cleaned up his act and try's to get back into Betty's life but most importantly he wants to be a good farther to his daughter and be apart of Islas life.
I woke up wrapped in Jugheads arms I can't say I haven't missed this. I've missed him so much. I snuggle closer to him and look up at him and brush a pice of hair out of his face and behind his ear and just look at him and how peaceful he looks he still had his eyes closed then I heard a sleepy voice say "Are you watching me sleep?" "You look peaceful." I said smiling "mmm. Thanks." He said chuckling and he opened his eyes and smiled at me.
"Morning." He said giving me a quick kiss
"Morning. Jug" Then I got up out of bed and started to make some coffee then Jughead came out in his clothes from yesterday.
"Hey."
"Hi." I said handing him a cup of coffee
"Thanks. Betty do you regret what we did last night?"
"Ye...." I said quietly
"I'm so sorry Betty. I should never have come back into your life I'm so sorry tell Isla I'm sorry." He said grabbing his shoes and jacket and walking out before I could say anything else. Great I didn't mean it like that. Then I heard little feet walking towards me.
"Mommy? Who was at the door?"
"It doesn't matter Isla. Come eat your breakfast." I say poring her some cereal she climbed onto a seat at the breakfast bar and started eating her breakfast. Then we sat on the couch and started watching TV.
"Mommy is daddy coming to look after me again?"
"I'm not sure honey."
"Is Ethan coming today?"
"No I don't think we're going to see Ethan again."
"That's ok he smelt funny anyway." She says making me laugh I decided to text Jughead.
Betts🌸: Jug I'm sorry. Isla wants to see you do you want to come and spend the day with her?
Jug🍔: I don't think it's a good idea if I see Isla or you again I just mess everything up. I'm sorry.
Betts🌸: No Jug please don't disappear please.
Jug🍔: I'm sorry tell Isla I love her.
Betts🌸: Jug please.
He didn't respond I decided to ask V if she could watch Isla and she said yes so she came over with Tom and I left and went to Jugheads precinct I walked over to Jugheads desk.

^What it looks like^
I walked to Jugheads desk and saw him sat there with his head in his hands. He had his usual clothes on apart from his beanie and his police badge around his neck on a chain and he had his gun strapped to his belt. I stand next to him and sit in the chair next to his desk and he looks up at me.
"Hey. What you doing here?"
"I don't." I said and he gave me a confused look. "What we did last night. I don't regret it last night was amazing Jug." I say reaching out and placing my hand on his as they where know on the desk "and as long as you want to try us again and try rebuilding our family then I'm ready to." I say smiling at him and he smiled back and leaned in and kissed me passionately when we pulled away we where both smiling "I want to try again with us our family." He said kissing me again then there was a loud air horn that made me jump into Jugheads lap as he wrapped his arms around me protectively.
"Don't worry Betts its just Jake he has something to say." Jug say before kissing by head then a voice said "Ok everyone we have motorcade duty tomorrow so you all know what that means. Jimmy Jab Games!"
Then everyone started chanting "Jimmy Jams. Jimmy jabs!" I chuckled and then Jughead started chanting. Then a female officer came over and said "Hey Jones I need you to file this evidence on the murder case for me."
"Sure. Oh uh Amy this is Betty. Betty this is Amy Jakes fiancée."
"Nice to meet you." I say putting out my hand out and shake her hand.
"Nice to meet you Betty. Oh and Jones were all going out for drinks after work you coming?"
"Ye sure. Can Betty come with?"
"Sure. Well see you there." She said walking away I look back at Jughead and say "I thought you didn't drink anymore?" I said a little disappointed
"I don't I usually get a soda, water or juice. People can drink around me it's fine and with you there it will make everything 1000 times better." He said kissing me again
"Ok I'm going to have to go let V go and I have to go look after Isla I'll see you later." I say kissing him again before walking out of the precinct and back to the apartment.
