Chapter 4: damn daniel

  I stopped and turned and through a smile I asked, "What do you want?!"

   "I WANT YOU TO STOP BEING SO..SO... SELFISH! DON'T YOU THINK I CARE ABOUT YOU?! DO YOU EVEN CARE ABOUT ME? MAYBE WE SHOULD JUST..." he stopped abruptly and looked at me sadly. He had red eyes and little horns and his arms were getting shaggy.

    "If you want to break up, do it. I'm gonna be honest with you. I'm really really scared of you. So do it. You monster. " I said trying not to cry.

    "You little...FINE!!" He yelled.

I then walked out of the school. When I got home, I cried so hard my eyes hurt.

Chase's P.O.V

    I was so pissed! I stormed out of the hallway and I punched down a few trees in forest. I sat down and tried to practice all the anger exercises I had been taught. None of it was working. I was mad at myself for being jerk to Isabella.        

    She just was scared. I spooked her even more when I got angry. I know when I got mad I started to change. I tried to push my horns in. They didn't budge. They usually did. What was I gonna do to make up for what I've done?

      Isabella's P.O.V

    I sat down on my bed. I was never gonna talk to him again. Not because I don't want to. It was mainly because I thought he was gonna kill me. I really didn't want to break up with him. But it was for my own safety. I didn't mean to make him upset. I wasn't mad at him! I was just a little scared of him. Just My Luck.
Chase's P.O.V

  

  I love her. She hates me. What can I do to get her back? My girl... Its been a week since we talked. But today was Monday. I'm gonna get my baby back. Imma stop talkin' like this. Ain't nobody trippin'.

Isabella's P.O.V

    It has been a week and he still hasn't said anything to me. But its Monday. I'm gonna talk to him.

I bumped into Chase.

"Hi!", we both said in unison.

I blinked. Have anything to say, sweetcheeks? I thought.

    "I'm so so sorry. I was such a jerk. I didn't want to break up with you. I feel like the biggest threat to you. I don't want to feel that way. I know that you probably don't want to talk to me ever again. But I still love you.", he rushed.

       I grabbed his hand and nodded then we kissed. My first real kiss!!! OMGEEEEE!!

    "EWWW PDA MUCH GIRL?!", Kimberly shouted. I stopped kissing Chase and turned to Kim and stuck my tongue out. I still had my arms behind my back.

     "So y'all still datin'?" she asked.

Me and Chase both nodded.

"Where Alan go??", Chase asked.

Kimberly shrugged.

"I sho' miss him doe.", she whined.

Alan was missing forever. It was like he was a werewolf or something. Ha! Right..

Kimberly's P.O.V

   As me, Izzy and Chase were talking, I noticed something. Alan was missing, and I brung it up. Chase sent him a text. We all walked out of school, and walked to the park. Alan was there. But he was fighting.

    "A-ALAN?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?", he looked at me and back at the guy. Then I realized, that that was the guy who used to beat up Alan last year. I tried to stop him. But the other guy hit me right in my stomach.
I fell backwards as soon as the guy hit me. He smirked evilly as he raised his fist again.

"YOU SON OF A BITCH!!!! HOW DARE YOU LAY A HAND ON MY BABY!!" Alan roared.

I gasped. Alan had never cussed. Only Chase did. But I guess he changed. He beat that dude up so bad, they had to call an ambulance! When everything was cleared Alan walked up to me and hugged me. He was so tall. He looked like an angel in disguise.

"Alan.... wh-why?", I said. He beat the mess outta that boy and wasn't left with a scratch.

"He-He was insulting not only me, but you. I've never been in a relationship but I know that NOBODY insults my girlfriend." he huffed.

"Da heck? I don't even know him!", I screamed

Alan shrugged. Chase and Isabella gave each other googly eyes. I pulled Alan away and then it came, "Where the heck have you been?!", I whispered.

"I...I really can't tell you Kim.", he said softly.

"Why?!!!", I whined.

"I just can't!"

"Alan-"

"I JUST CAN'T OKAY? STOP ASKING ME ABOUT IT!" He bellowed, making me jump. I felt a rush of pain sweep over me. I ain't usually one to get emotional. But that really hurt my feelings. I said a quick fine and then I stormed away. I heard him say sorry. But if he didn't want to tell me, oh well.

I already knew he was in some gang. He had been hanging with guys he never talked to last year. It was the same guys too.

I remember my Momma told me that no one would break my heart. Well boy was she wrong! I hopped in my Captiva. I sped home and I was greeted by my twin sister Janira-Lee. She went to a private school. No one else knew about her.

"Hey Lee.", I said.

"Hey sis! How are you?"

I shrugged and walked upstairs into my room. I looked under my bed for my secret stash of snacks and grabbed a box of Cheezits.

I turned on my T.V and eventually I fell asleep. Then someone knocked on my door.

"Come in!" I said, expecting Lee to.

"Hey Bee." someone else said.

I had my light off, and I wasn't facing the door. Trying to figure out who this stranger was had me frozen for a minute.

"Um....Hi..." I turned slowly, figuring out that it was Alan.

"I'm really really sorry for being so harsh. I just..Do you want me to tell you?" he whispered. I slowly nodded.

He put his hand in mine, "You ready?", I slowly nodded again.

He inhaled and he bit down on his thumb.

I'm not gonna say I expected it, but his nails grew and his hand got really thick and hairy.

"You're....like... Chase??", I asked.

He looked at me and frowned and then he started to laugh.

"Uh no..Chase is way more dangerous than me." he laughed.

"I'm a werewolf. I thought you'd figure it out. It wasn't puberty. I was walking with my brother and one of them bit me. It hurt so bad." he explained.

"I'm losing it. I'm not sane anymore. I'm not sane anymore!! I'm crazy! There is no way this is happening to me too. Know what Alan? I'm happy. Okay? I love you! Now I feel more um.. protected! Yeahhh!!" I said with mixed emotions. Two monster boyfriends! Just My Luck.
