I was tired. We had been jumping all day. Gabriella was excited about the trampoline. I understand where she was coming from. It was fun, I'll admit that. But after a long time, you get sick of your hair whipping you in the face, and your legs feel like they weigh 300 pounds...EACH.
"Tramp! Trampoline-y! Tram-po-lean-ity!" Gabby sang, as Chase carried her inside.
I followed behind. Gabby was clapping as she repeated the song over and over again. It was kinda cute.
"Don't say tramp bebita." Chase laughed.
"What's a tramp?" Gabriella asked.
"A word you shouldn't say."
"But I just wanna-"
"Bebita, just leave it alone."
"Okay." Gabriella was silent for a few more minutes.
"What does bebita mean daddy?" she looked him right in the eyes.
"Goodness gracious, you ask a lot of questions." Chase replied, smiling and rolling his eyes.
"That doesn't make sense daddy."
"Gabriella, it just means baby girl."
Gabriella nodded and smiled. I loved how she acted around Chase. She would always ask a million questions, and he'd always be patient with her. She loved him just as much as he loved her. When we got in the house, Chase set her down on the couch. He sat down next to her. Gabby crawled onto Chase's lap instantly. He shook his head and smiled.
I sat in a chair and pulled out my phone. Chase looked at me.
"What you playing?"
"Angry Birds." I lied. I was playing White Tiles 4.
Chase squinted at me.
"You lying, that's White Tiles...4." he confirmed, nodding.
My eyes widened. How did he do that? What the heck? Huh?!?!
"How did I do that?" he sat up a bit.
I shrugged. What is up with this random powers?
POV Switch: Kimberly Watson
"Who ate all the ice cream?" I screamed in frustration.
"Alan. Your boyfriend. Anyway...where has he been?" Lee replied.
"JANIRA I DO NOT KNOW WHO THAT IS!!" I was sick and tired of people bringing up this "Alan" character. It was stupid.
"Wow. I don't know why you're faking."
"Really? Because I'd fake something like this." I rolled my eyes.
"Well you're doing it! Good job! You broke his heart, Jonah said he hasn't been the same ever since."
That was the last straw. I'm honestly sick of my family. I grabbed my purse, and stormed out. I don't know where I was going, but as long as I was away I was good. I continue to walk until somebody pushed me. I tumbled helplessly down the dip in the sidewalk. When I caught myself, my tights were torn and my chin was scraped. I looked back. Whoever it was had long...backwards...legs and lengthy arms. What was this?
"Didn't bring your wolf? Such a shame..." it hissed evilly.
Its voice sent shivers down my back. It grabbed my forehead, and the next thing I knew, I was out.
(I hate this book, but I love it. EHH thanks for reading I guess. OH AND YES I CHANGED THE BOOK NAME WOOT WOOT)
