Stomach Tied In Knots

Alan's POV

I'm having so much fun today. I'm with the bestest person in the whole world. "Here's your cotton candy, Al. " Austin said to me. "Thank you so much" I said biting the sweet candy that is now melting in my mouth. "No problem." He said and gave me a kiss on my cheek. I blush. He just makes me the happiest boy in the world.

"Alan. Let's go on the ferries wheel" He said taking my hand. "Oh." I said. We got on the ferries wheel and I felt like I was on cloud nine. We got to the top. "Well we're on the top." He said. I giggled. Austin lead in and I lead in as well. We kissed and he grabbed both of my hands and kissed them making me blush. "Alan. You're so amazing and the prettiest boy I've ever laid my eyes on. Would you do the honor of *riiiiiiiinnnnnnngggg*" He said. I was confused. "Of what?" I asked. "Of being *riiiinnnnngggg*"

"Austin, you want me to be you what?" I woke up. I looked around. "Oh. It's just a dream" I said sadly. Man I really hoped that was real but it was just a dream. I sighed. I came downstairs and saw my parents. "Good morning Alan." My parents said. "Morning." I said and ate my breakfast. "Mmm. Mom. This taste good" I said with a mouthful of pancakes. My mom giggled. "Thank you Alan." She said.

I finished eating and excused myself from the table. I headed upstairs and went on my phone. I saw that I had 10 messages and calls all together. 3 calls from Austin, 4 text from Austin, 1 call from Kellin and 2 text from Kellin. I texted Austin back and asked him if he wants to meet up at the garden. He agreed and immediately felt my stomach tied in knots.

My mom stopped me before I made it to the door. "Where are you going Alan?" My mom asked. "I'm going to the garden with my friends." I said and my parents were shook. "You have friends?" My dad asked. "Matt" My mom said and smacked my dad's arm. "Ouch. But do you?" My dad said. "Yes I do. Kellin knows people but don't worry. They aren't bad. They are really nice and sweet like Kellin" I explained. "Ok. Just be safe." My mom said. "Okay." And with that. I left the house.

I texted Austin to let him know that I'm on my way. He texted me back saying "Cool. Can't wait to see you". I smiled and headed to the garden. I saw Austin sitting there scrolling through this phone. I walked behind him and tickled his sides. He laughs. "Hahahaha. Alan. Stop" He said laughing. I stopped and I had the feeling to kiss him but I didn't. I sat next to him.

"So. How are you?" He asked. "I'm good. You?" I asked. "Same." He said. The silence was comfortable. I decided to grab my guitar under the fake tree and started to tune it. "Woah. How long have you played guitar?" Austin asked. "I've been playing for 10 years now" I said. "Wow." He said. "Yep. It's really fun playing" I said. He hummed in agreement. "Wanna play me a song?" Austin asked.

Since I had my acoustic guitar with me I decided to play a song that's both mine and Kellin's song.He loves singing it whenever I play it. "Hey Austin? Do you know the song called Iris by The Goo Goo Dolls?" I asked. "Yeah. Why" He asked. "That's one of the songs I know how to play" I said. "Cool. Play it while I sing" He said.

I played while he sang and might I say he sounds like a fucking angel. "And I don't want the world to see me. Cause I don't think that they'll understand. When everything's made to be broken, I just want you to know who I am" Austin sang. When Austin sings, he puts a lot of emotions to the lyrics and it makes my stomach tied in knots.

After I finish playing the song and Austin finished singing, I started to clap. "That was amazing. Your voice is heaven to me" I said and he blushed. "Thank you. You played amazing." He said and kissed my cheek. I blushed. This guy knows how to make me blush.

"Say Alan. Are you busy tomorrow night?" He asked. "What say is tomorrow?" I asked. "Saturday" He said. "Nope. I'm not busy. Why?" I asked "Oh cause I wanted to ask you on a date" He said and my heart started to beat faster. I swear my stomach is tied in knots. "Really?" I asked him excitedly. "Mhm. You're really cute and such an amazing person with a wonderful personality." Austin said making my face even more redder. "Well what do you say?" He asked. smiling. I know I could say no to this handsome motherfucker. "Yes. I would love to go on a date with you." I said smiling. I couldn't be any happier.

"Yes. I'm so excited for our date." Austin said. "Me too. I can't wait." I said. "So I'll pick you up at 9 at your house is that ok?" He said. My heart dropped. Austin picking me up at my house. No. That's a bad idea since I haven't told him about what I am. "Um. Can you pick me up at Kellin's house." I said. "Why not at your house?" Austin asked. "Personal reason." I said and he understood. "I understand" He said. "Thanks. Now can you drop me off Kellin's house?" I asked. "Sure" He said and he gave me a piggyback ride to Kellin's house.

I'm surprised that he knew the way to Kellin's house. "How do you know the way to Kellin's house?" I aske. "Vic always comes to Kellin's house and he brings me along." He explained. "Oh ok." I said. "Well here we are. Quinn's house" He said. I got off his back. "I had fun today Austin." I said. "Me too. You played amazing and I hope to hear you playing your guitar" He said making me smile. "You sang so amazing. It blew me away." I said and noticed him smiling and blushing. "Thanks." He said. We hugged and we were about to have our very first kiss until somebody decided to call me from his window.

"YES ALAN. I SUPPORT! KISS YOU MANS" Kellin yelled from his window. "KELLIN. PUT YOUR HEAD INSIDE BEFORE I THROW A HUGE ROCK AT IT." I said not looking at him. "LOVE YOU TOO" Kellin said and put his head back in. Austin giggled. "I love your friendship with him" Austin said. I giggled. "He could be annoying like that but he's really sweet and protective" I said. "I know. I like him" Austin. "That's good to know. I want my friends to get along with each other." I said. "Mhm. I shall let you go in" He said. "Okay" I said.

I gave Austin a quick kiss on the cheek and when inside. "KELLIN QUINN BOSTWICK. I AM GONNA KILL YOU ONCE I FIND YOU." I yelled coming in Kellin's room. I knew he was hiding in the closet. "Kellin. Come out of the closet." I said a giggled. I heard him giggle from the closet. I heard the closet door and out came a wild Kellin. "I'm gay" Kellin said and we both laugh.

I laid on the bed and told Kellin what we did and of course this fucker was having a moment. "Sorry. That was just so cute." He said "Yep" I said and told him about the date and asked if I could crash at his place which he was totally fine. We said our goodnights and I texted Austin.

I turn off my phone and fell asleep. He does know how to make me smile and happy. I can't wait for the date tomorrow night.
