Fergal's POV

I sighed as I wrapped my arm around Mercades' waist and watched Rami pace back and forth.

"I shouldn't have fucking left. I'm such an idiot."

Rami said.

"You're not an idiot Rami. You made a mistake. We all do."

I said.

"But I messed up bad. I knew she was fragile and I just...I left her."

Rami cried.

"She's gonna be okay. I promise."

I said.

"How do you know? She's on fucking life support! I might lose her and the baby all because of this."

Rami said as he sat down.

"What even happened again?"

Mercades asked.

"She told me something and I got mad and left the house. When I came back, I found Maci and Lydia crying in their cribs. I fed them and then I went to lay in the bedroom and I found Pam's body. I just can't believe I did that to her."

Rami sobbed.

"She's gonna pull out of this. I promise. But you better be ready to beg her for forgiveness because from past experiences with Pam...if she wakes up it won't be pretty."

I said.

"I just need her and the baby to be okay. I'll beg her for forgiveness everyday if I have to but I just need to know that they're okay."

Rami said as I sighed. I felt bad for him, I truly do. Pam didn't deserve to feel this again. But I just really hope for Rami and the girls' sake that Pam pulls out of this.
