Chapter 15

Natasha's POV

He sat hunched, I couldn't really see his face. Apparently Thor could, "Brother?" he said with worry in his voice. There was no reply. I walked closer and whispered, "Loki, we can get you out if here if you tell us what happened and were Pepper is." I took a step back. Loki lifted his head so we could see his face. It was a horrible sight, blood pouring out if his nose. Scars on his cheeks, a black eye.....and the list went on. "Loki what happened to you?!" Thor rushed to the gods side. "I don't remember much, I've been like this for weeks." Loki said lazily, shrugging. He had away of making big deals small, not worrying about anything, so it seemed. It was something I had always wanted but never managed to do.

"So Romanoff, the second part of your request." everyone stared at me but I ignored it. "Were is she?" I said for him. "Ah well I don't actually know. I didn't even know she was here. See you assumed right, I am only a distraction." I walked up to him and my fingers clasping is throat, his breathing starting to uneven. "You tell me everything you know or say goodbye to your pretty little voice." I tighten my grip on his neck. "Natasha realise him!" Thor shouted, but I didn't.

Steve's POV

I could tell Thor would do something unless Nat realised Loki from her deadly grip. I walked over to her and put my hand on her shoulder. "Nat, you need to let go" she still didn't. I squeezed her shoulder tighter, "Nat, let go!" I said more firmly. The response was the same. "Natasha le....." before I finished my sentence Natsaha grabbed my arm, twisted it and the kicked me in the stomach. I hit the ground hard, it felt as though I had broken my jaw as the blood rushed out of my mouth. Everyone stood silently, Natasha finally let go of Loki in order in hurt me. "Thank you." I nodded. I walked to the back of Loki's chair and untied him. His wrist bleeding badly. "There you go" I said facing the god, "But if you do anything stupid I'm not gonna stop her...nor will your brother." I said meaning every word. "So you still don't trust me, brother?" he said turning to Thor. Thor frowned, "Why would I? You lied to me again, you didn't actually die." Loki smiled his cunning smile. "It's nice to see you too!" he laughed

"Have you all forgotten the real reason we are here?!" Tony exclaimed, breaking a short silence due to expire without his impatience. "No Tony, we haven't." I sighed facing him. "Well then let's split up and find her!" Tony said rolling his eyes. We stood there waiting then Loki spoke. "So Rogers are you going to tell us what to do?!" "Oh yeah....umm Tony and Bruce, Clint and Thor. Maria I'm giving you the task of Loki. If he does anything stupid kill him.....it has to really stupid, ok. And I'll go with only person who feels like killing me right now!" I said looking at the redhead. "If you have any problems we'll all meet here." Bruce suggested as me walked in different directions.
