Guan Lin stared blankly, his eyes on the boy who was wiping his sweat. He looked away when the junior's eyes met his, an abrupt flutter in his chest making him question himself when Seon Ho beamed at him with a grin before he continued with practice.

Ever since that day in the hospital, Seon Ho keeps sticking to him like they are one, discomforting him whenever he is reminded of how embarrassing it was to shed tears in front of a junior. Seon Ho even made him join his table for recess and lunch, which earned himself annoyance at how he couldn't reject whenever the boy goes to get him at his class, calling him out loudly which gathered many's unneeded attention. It didn't help when he is shot daggers by a certain girl, and she has no sign of stopping from how she rolls her eyes every time they meet.

Yet again, Seon Ho came running to him in rush when break came, not in the least fazed when Guan Lin had showed his irritation evidently as he wore a bright smile. He sipped on his sweat drink, eyes falling on the older who then had his on the court, sorrow flashing in them. Seon Ho knew the older is slowly slipping back into his depressed mode, brain quickly formulating a solution as a frown replaced his cheeriness. Though, he had no idea how to distract the older boy, perplexed.

Suddenly, a harsh shove came by Seon Ho's way, which he thought his life flashed before his eyes as he held in his yelp, hands finding anything to grip on as he shut his eyes. Whatever was in contact the next moment felt warm, and it gave Seon Ho slight security at how sturdy it is, though he still thought of killing the laughing Justin later for pushing him with so much force.

He only reopened his eyes when he heard people hollering, unclear words entering his ears except for a few distinguishable ones, like 'flirting'. He then turned to look at what he was holding onto so tightly, not expecting his face to be hit with a hot breath, eyes staring into a pair of mesmerising ones.

He unknowingly found himself staring at the pair of eyes in front of him, appreciating their beauty, but it was short-lived when a deep voice entered his ear next. "Wha... What are you doing?"

He instantly backed away when he finally got a grip of himself, his body heated up as his cheeks blushed a burning red. He doesn't understand what was going on with himself, but it is too unfamiliar that it made his stomach flipped. I just made Guan Lin-hyung uncomfortable! What am I doing?

Fiddling with his fingers, he timidly gave the dazed senior a worried look before he bowed his head in humiliation immediately. A whistle caught everyone's attention just then, commencing the end of break which Seon Ho was quick to react, jerking up as he glanced at Guan Lin again who avoided his eyes, lips pressed firmly into a thin line.

"S-Sorry for just now!" Seon Ho blurted hurriedly before he ran away, as if Guan Lin would eat him up if he stayed longer than welcomed.

The junior's abashment was washed off when he heard a distinct snicker, sight snapping to the boy beside him. He narrowed his eyes, lips dropping at the corners. "What was the push for?" He let out in a hushed voice before he picked up a basketball near him, ready to attempt a three-pointer shot.

"No reason," Justin's tone has a hint of mischief, which Seon Ho became flustered at that, his ball barely made it into the hoop. His eyes landed on his best friend whose grin grew as he played about with the Basketball in hand, getting into his form. "You look cute together with Guan Lin-hyung."

"Huh?"

Justin laughed it off, ignoring the other's confusion as he scored himself a good shot, eyes darting to Seon Ho before he turned away, getting his ball back.

Seon Ho's muddle only grew at how ambiguous his Chinese friend behaved, but he pushed his suspicions to the back of his mind when he thought of what happened earlier. He flushed at that but he doesn't know how pink his cheeks became as his eyes roamed about to find Guan Lin whose eyes were on him for a split second before the older changed his direction of sight.
