LISA:

I woke up,forgetting where I was then remembered, I saw Michael and Christina still sleeping, I wanted to leave the hospital today so I had a smile painted on my face when the doctor came in and told me I was healthy enough to leave today but I had to keep things slow and not lift anything too heavy.I called Michael's name and he woke up straight away shortly followed by Christina.

They left the room so I could get into some normal clothes, it took a little longer as I was in so much pain.

After about 20 minutes I opened the door and was met with Michael, I was told to sit in the wheelchair until we got out of the hospital.once I had signed myself out and exited the hospital Michael lifted me up slowly and carried me to the car and gently placing me in the passenger seat while Christina sat in the back. I didn't speak a word when we were driving back, I just didn't have the energy to communicate with anyone.

When I got home I opened the car door when Michael tried to lift me out the car I snapped at him shouting that I could do it myself. i know he was only trying to help but I'm not incapable of doing such little things like walking 2 feet to the front door of the house.

When the door opened I was greeted with a hug from Joey and a beautifully drawn picture that he drew for me, I'm not gonna lie when he hugged me it felt like a punch to the stomach and I was in pain and my eyes began to water but I continued to hug him not wanting to upset him.

I slumped onto the chair with pain and tried to relax but I just couldn't , i was scared every time the phone rang or the door opened, I was living in fear of that man entering my life again and continuing to destroy it. I was wondering if my life would ever go back to normal and how long it would take.
