These excuses are all lies. Here are a few I use:
'Everyone in my class failed! You know that smart guy named Banana( Couldn't think of a smart name) he got the same grade as me. A 47%.'
'The teacher sucks. He barely teaches. All he does is tell us to open the textbooks and do some problems. And all he does is eat.'
'How do you expect me to understand this chemistry of wizardry with magic'
'The day I took the exam I had a headache and my stomach hurts and it was distracting me'
