To say that Robin was good at drumming would be an understatement. He was amazing and Stiles was mesmerized the whole time. When they finally left Danny and the band, that actually gave Robin some cash for his help, they were both grinning.

"You were amazing!" Stiles skipped and jumped a little and Robin chuckled. "You listened to the song once and you just knew what to play? It was incredible!" Robin laughed loudly as Stiles stumbled on his own feet and he reached out to catch him, but Stiles stood up straight with an embarrassed blush and a thumbs up.

"You good?" Robin asked amused. Stiles' blush deepened and he nodded.

"I still can't get over the fact that you back talked their bass player, though." Stiles turned away, but twisted himself a little as he jumped a bit to face Robin. "Like, 'Hey, you should look into drum lessons, you could be better' Which by the way, I can't believe he said that; he hadn't even heard you really play yet," They were approaching the car quickly. "But then you came back with 'Yeah, well I'd say you should look into face lessons, but you'll always be ugly' It was hilarious!"

Robin's comeback wasn't even that good, he knew that, but the surprise on the bass player's face threw Stiles into hysterics. So, Robin counted it as pretty good in his book.

"It wasn't that funny, and he was ugly." Robin's face scrunched up at the thought of the base player's looks and tore another round of laughter out Stiles.

They climbed in the car and Robin handed Stiles his phone. "Here, you can pick again." Stiles nodded and this time took the phone without a second thought. Robin started driving away.

"You know, I think the only thing you're missing here is early two-thousands boy bands and country music." Stiles raised an eyebrow when he came across some french music.

"I've actually got some Backstreet Boys and a little Dolly Parton in there, but don't tell anyone." Robin grinned as Stiles chuckled. Stiles was about to pick a song, but Robin's phone buzzed.

"You got a message."

"What's it say?" Stiles pulled down the notification bar and opened the message from The Boob.

"The Boob, wants to know if you're free this weekend and can chill because they're in town right now." Stiles looked to Robin as his face scrunched up in distaste.

"Text her back with just; no." Stiles nodded and did as asked before going to start the song he picked out.

'Hey now call it a split 'cause you know that you will' The phone buzzed again.

"She wants to know why, with seven y's." Robin rolled his eyes and huffed lightly.

'Oh you bite your friend like chocolate'

"Uhm," He rubbed his face frustratedly and sighed. "Tell her it's because I'm in California and I won't be back for the rest of the summer." Stiles nodded and texted her before clicking the phone off and letting it rest in the cup holder.
