Mr Hutchinson took great delight in walking us through every corridor - ok so it might not have been every corridor but it felt like it.
We got to Mr Hutchinson's office and we all stepped in.
As we all sat down on the big sofa - yeah he had a sofa in his office - Mr Hutchinson locked the door.
"Excuse me sir, but why are you locking the door?" I asked with as much innocence as I could muster.
"So you can't run away Jessica." He replied flatly.
Whoa! Did he just call me by my first name! I thought, This is so not right!
"Now I want a full account of what happened Mr Taylor and feel free to speak in at anytime Jessica." He said not taking his eyes off me.
So within an hour and a half of Shaun speaking with a few interruptions from Claire and Greg - I didn't want to speak - we were finished and allowed to skip afternoon classes.
As soon as we were outside the office Greg pulled at me and said,
"I will get you to be mine and like me I promise you that Jessi!"
"Oy! Back off her mate! She ain't going nowhere with you!" Shouted Shaun.
I shot Shaun a look and turned to Greg,
"Look Greg there are loads of vamps on campus that want you, so why in all of hell would you want a dhampir like me?" He opened his mouth to speak but I put my hand up to stop him and continued,
"No, I've got my group and you've got yours. So go find a Vamp ask her out, break her heart I don't really care but me, I'm not interested."
I see Shaun smiling out of the corner of my eye.
This is so much harder than it looks Shaun!!
"I'll see you around though Greg."
I walked over to Shaun and Claire who both had their mouths hanging open.
"Honestly you two! Stop catching flies!" I said laughing.
"OMG! Jessi, how did you just do that!" Exclaimed Claire.
"I sprinkled some fairy dust over me!" I said sarcastically, "Duh I just said no but with a little more - how do you say - drama to it than necessary."
"Come on, let's get out of here before he comes running back with reinforcements." Shaun said.
"I agree." I replied.
It was then that I noticed Shaun's arm around me. So to make it less awkward, I put my arm around Shaun and Claire's shoulders.
When we walked into the main reception area the lady behind the desk asked us why we weren't in class...
Oh no! I did not think through this part!! I thought.
But there was no need to worry 'cause Claire did some of her Vampire Hocus-Pocus, "We were never out of class. Just let us go."
And we were through. I smirked.
"God Claire, sometimes I really do love that Hocus-Pocus of yours." I said wanting to break the silence between the three of us as we walked away from reception.
"Yeah Claire it really is awesome." Shaun replied.
"Yeah, it is awesome but it is not called Hocus-Pocus Jessi." She said to me.
"Oh is it not?" I smiled at her with one of my mischievous grins.
"No. It's called Compulsion, ok." She sounded exasperated but I knew she wasn't.
I turned to face Shaun.
"Shaun did you know it was called that?"
"No Jess I didn't. Miss Jackson always told me it was called Hocus-Pocus." Came Shaun's reply.
I opened my mouth to speak but instead I fell into a fit of laughter!
"My God! This has been a very eventful day hasn't it guys?!"
"Well the bells about to go to say it's dinner Jess, so it could get even more exciting!" Said Shaun.
And just as he said that the bell rang.
A/N Did you guys like it?!? I hope you did. I wonder why Mr Hutchinson was staring at Jessi and why he wouldn't look away?!?!?!?! I let you guys decide:):):):):) But for now let's all go to the cafeteria for some dinner with Jess and the gang and see what's happening... Vote and comment please cause I love them both!!!!!!!:):):):):):):)
