Rose told us what had happened with as much detail as she could.
It was completely out of order even for those three muppets. I was disgusted, and so was everyone else.
Mark held Rose and told her it would be ok. I don't think she believed him.
"Rose, are you OK?" I asked her.
"I'm cold." She replied.
It was then that I noticed that she was shaking and was soaked through to the skin.
"Who soaked you?!" I said, I was so angry!
"Max." She said weakly, "He specialised in Water."
I also noticed red claws marks on her neck as if she'd grabbed herself. I caught Mark's eye. I put my hand to my neck and mouthed, Vlad? I knew that he'd specialised in Air and he could have deprived her of it. His nod conformed as much.
"Mark!" Shouted someone, "You won't believe what I just heard and neither will you Jess as a matter of fact." It was Mark's younger sister Lily. Although she's only a year younger than Mark she could easily be his twin.
"Lil, I don't think it's a goo-" Mark started.
"Oh My God! Rose are you OK?!" Lily said as she knelt down by her best friend.
"Yeah I'm fine." She replied.
"Well you're obviously no-" Lily started pacing.
"Lily, look at me." Claire said in a gentle tone.
"Oh. Hi Claire." Lily said as she looked at her.
"You need to calm down, ok Lily." Claire said not breaking eye contact. She was using compulsion.
"Okay?" Lily said with about four syllables, "I need to go back to class Rose so I'll see ya soon." Lily said looking back at her friend.
"Wait, what?!" Mark almost shouted.
"Mark." I said in a strong voice, "Calm down."
"Ok." He sighed.
"Lily, what do you mean, go back to class?" I asked her equally as confused as my friends. "School time is over."
"Oh...em, nothing." She said.
"It is something so spill it." I demanded.
"Fine." She sounded exasperated, "I sorta started a fight in my English class and broke the desk I sit at, so I have to kinda go fix it."
"Lily!" Shouted Mark, who obviously wasn't pleased.
"Hold on." Shaun said, "Who's your English teacher?" He sounded excited.
"It's-" She started to say but I cut her off.
"You mean to say that you started a fight in Mrs Doley's class?" I said every bit as excited as Shaun.
This was big stuff Mrs Doley - or Doler as people called her behind her back - was the strictest teacher at the Academy. A lot of people like to annoy her - me being one of them and the best at it - just to see what she'd do.
Everyone was looking at me weirdly.
"What? What did I say?!" I asked.
"How'd you know it was her?" Lily asked completely perplexed.
"Oh right. I did the same thing last year. Only I didn't break a desk. I actually broke Mrs Doley." I said simply.
"Oh yeah. I remember that!" Shaun said, "When you broke her nose!"
"Yeah! Oh God! That was the funniest thing I ever saw!" Mark laughed.
"Well I'll be seeing ya." Lily started to walk away, "Wish me luck!" She shouted.
"You won't need it! Just remember what I taught you!" I shouted back.
"I will! Thanks Jess!"
I smiled. Another couple of things came to mind that reminded me of Mark when I saw Lily was:
She was a fast learner.
She was always ready.
And she was so upbeat.
"What d'you teach her Jess?!" Shaun asked me as he helped Rose to her feet.
"Oh nothing, just a few chat back lines and the famous Jessica Parks don't-even-go-there-bitch face." I replied.
The whole group fell about laughing even Rose. And we laughed all the way to the clinic.
A/N True story guys! One of my friends once punched a teacher by accident when he walked into the middle of a fight!!!!! Oh well!!! Hope you guys liked Lily there'll be more from her later!!!!!!!xxxxxxxx
