Cold

So cold.

And dark

I can't see.

Draco...

Help...

I stare into inky blackness as I wait for the Carrow twins to come back and torture me. Again.

How long have I been here? Without my Draco? Without my Dragon? The Carrow twins say that he's dead.

Am I ever gonna escape? I want to die so I can be with Draco. Why won't they just kill me already?

The door slams open and I wearily drag my eyes from the ground. Alecto Carrow stands there with a look of pure malice and promise. A promise of pain and lots of it.

She walks closer and I wince when her fingernails dig into my throat. "Aww. Is poor little Potter sad? Do you wanna see your mate?" she hisses, still holding my throat. I look at her blankly. She knows I want to die, so she really shouldn't be asking. "Well too bad! Crucio!"

Pain makes my body go limp, but I won't give her the pleasure if screaming. She takes pleasure in my screams. Just like Vernon and Dudley.

Burning tears prick my eyes and black spots dance across my vision, but still, I say nothing. "Scream Potter! Crucio!"

I don't really know what happens next, because my vision fails me and I pass out, visions of beautiful mercury eyes looking back at me.

I wake up in the same room, but the smell of blood is stronger. Gagging, I drag myself into a sort of sitting position and lean my head against the cold stone wall.

"I see you're finally awake, Potter." Amycus sneers, looking down at me. I simply curl my lip in disgust and wait for him to continue.

"Too bad you stopped talking. I would have liked to hear your screams when I rip off your wings." My eyes widen in fear and I tuck my wings close to my body.

"Wanna say that with me here? You vile little cockroach." A soothingly familiar voice snarls from behind Amycus.

The male twin pales and tries to call for his sister, but Draco puts a silencing charm on him. "Don't bother. She's dead. But don't worry, you'll be joining her soon for hurting my mate." my Dragon says mockingly yet dangerously.

"Harry, love? Close your eyes. I don't want you to see this man's death. You would only feel guilt over something he deserves." Draco tells me.

I do as I'm told and about a minute later, a pair of strong arms wrap around me, a pair of soft lips kissing my face.

I sob into his shirt silently and I feel myself get picked up. "It's okay, my Raven. You're safe now. Let's go home. Hermione and the Weasel must be worried sick." he murmurs into my hair.

I nod and promptly pass out in my dominant's comforting arms.
