I was listening to this and thought it was a great idea to make an imagine out of it.

Shawn's Point Of View

Leaning against my vintage Chevrolet, I waited for Y/N's dad outside their house. He wasn't happy with the idea that his daughter and I were dating so he wanted to talk to me. What about I didn't know.

After waiting for five minutes, he made his way out the front door and towards me.

"You showed up," he commented, surprised.

"I'm surprised I'm here too, sir," I slyly said.

"Let me make this quick and short." He licked his lips, "I want you to stay away from my daughter."

"That's not possible," I said.

"Make it possible. I know what you are, kid, I know guys like you like the back of my hand. I know that you find enjoyment in breaking girls' hearts. But you won't do that to my daughter."

"You don't know me. You don't know us. I would be stupid if I broke her heart," I said.

He looked to a side then back at me. "You would be stupid to not walk away with this warning I'm giving you."

"I can't leave her. I love her."

"Yeah. That's what you tell your other girls before you break their heart in two," he said. "I believe you're an intelligent young man and you'll do exactly what I say. And I say for you to keep away from her. If not, things won't be looking pretty for you."

"So what do I do?"

"Up to you. But I'll give you a tip: far, far away from us."

He flashed a smile and walked back inside his house, slammed the door and I was left outside. I looked up to Y/N's window but she wasn't there.

I slid my phone from out my pocket and pressed on the last number I dialled. It was her phone number but she didn't pick up. I could hear the ringing from her bedroom window, though.

I didn't dial anymore but got inside my car and drove off. Its engine roared as it made its way down the street.

***

Two days passed and I didn't see Y/N in those days. In fact, I didn't hear from her at all. No calls, no texts, nothing. Those two days were hell for me. I tried to keep away from her but my heartache was just too much.

It's not that I want her anymore it's that I need her.

In those two days I also thought of a plan to see her. I'd been busy but never busy enough to forget about her - not even for a second. I came up with a conclusion today as I laid on the hood of my car, looking at the stars.

Runaway with her.

As soon as that idea popped into my head, I got into my car and drove to hers. I parked the Chevy a few houses down so her father wouldn't hear the noise and find me.

I made my way to her house in the cold night. Hands in pockets and the only light available was the street lamps' light. When I arrived, I looked up at the house and made my way to a side of it. I climbed my way up using the brick and then carefully treaded to her window. She had a small balcony so I jumped on that.

The curtains were drawn together but there was light coming from her bedroom window. She was awake. She was always awake at these hours.

Softly, I knocked on the window and in seconds she drew back the curtain. I pressed a hand to the glass and she pressed a hand on mine. She looked as if she'd been crying.

She turned around and scanned her room then she opened a bit of the window.

"What are you doing here?" she whispered.

"I need you, Y/N," I choked out. "Please, come with me," I begged.

She was hesitant and she walked away from the window. When I thought all hope was lost, she came back with a jacket and put it on. She climbed out of her window and closed it.

I had the biggest smile on her face but I don't think she could see due to the lack of light.

"Shawn, where are we going?" she asked.

"Far away," I replied.

I jumped down the balcony and fence. She did the same. I took her hand in mine as we made it to my car.

"What did my dad tell you?" she asked.

"He told me he wants me far away from you but I just couldn't. It hurt too much," I said.

"I'm sorry about him," she apologised.

I shook my head. "I understand. This may sound contradictory but I wouldn't want my daughter dating a guy like me."

She gave a little laugh and it was music to my ears.

"What now?" she asked.

"Let's hope he doesn't catch us," I responded.

We made our way to my car and she pushed me against it. Her lips attacked mine and they tasted like pink punch. I moved my hands to her waist and she only wanted to go deeper into it. I allowed her.

"Y/N, Y/N," I called.

She looked at me with her (your eye colour) eyes lightened by the street lights.

"Later," I told and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.

"Do you think this is a good idea?" she whispered.

"As long as you love me, it'll always be a good idea."
