I grabbed a couple marvel movies from my room and skipped down the stairs. Brent said he loved marvel and I just happened to have pretty much all of them!
I was so happy he was coming over it would be so fun! But it was also weird to think, last year all he could seem to do was call me names and shove me into garbage cans, and now we were hanging out, on a date?
Just as my toe touched the floor at the bottom of the stairs the doorbell rang.
" coming!"
I set the movies on a lamp stand and opened the door.
"Hey" I motioned my arm as to welcome Brent in.
"Hey! I brought Doritos and sprite!"
" great! I have a ton of movies here ready and waiting, and tons of stuff in the kitchen to make sandwiches."
"Perfecto!"
I led us into the kitchen and unveiled the table with assortments of bread, cheese, tomatoes, and anything else you could imagine.
My mom got pretty excited that a boy was interested in me and she went crazy at the grocery store.
"So what movies are we watching?" Brent set his Doritos and sprite on the counter beside me.
I jumped up and sat on the counter
" well, you said you liked marvel so I grabbed some captain america, a Spider-Man, and thore!" I smiled
" sweet!" Brent smiled back
—-about 2 hours later——
" every time I watch that movie it just gets better and better!" Brent exclaimed as he set down a bowl of doritos.
" I know right! Thore is my favourite!!" I put on Spider-Man two and sat back down next to Brent.
I pulled the fluffy purple blanket up over my knees and brought my legs up on the couch.
I looked over at Brent as he was intently watching the intro. He looked so cute. His chiseled face was so perfect.
I decided to be crazy and move closer to him. Slowly I nudged myself over until our arms were right against eachothers.
I looked up at him, and to my surprise he was looking right back down at me. He was staring at me, intently suddenly he snaked his arm around my back and held me around my waist, I put my head on his shoulder and we stayed like that for the whole movie, it was, amazing...
