It was Friday morning as I walked into drama class Jon saw me and walked over.
" Hey" he smiled down at me. Wow he was really cute. His dimples appeared as did his adorable Snow White smile of perfectly straight teeth.
" Hey." I smiled and brushed my wavy brown hair behind my ear.
" are you going to Troy's party tonight? I mean would you like to go with me?"
My heart stopped. Jon was asking me to go with him to a party. Ummmm, yes please! Oh, wait I'm going with Brent, and I'm not even supposed to be going at all.
" uh, I don't think I can go to this party actually my mom wants me to stay home tonight and watch the house, she's away up north for the weekend, she just left this morning."

" oh, okay that's fine maybe next time." He winked at me and strode Back to his seat.
Great now I can't even go to the party. I can't be seen at the party with Brent when I just rejected Jon. Oh well I'll just have to tell Brent I can't go.
