Vivian's POV

It's been about a week since I moved in with the guys and they're heading back out on tour in three days. I'd helped out a bit at the salon, but mostly Sally and the other girls kidnapped me as often as they could. Jeffree also kidnapped me every once and a while. They all asked me tons of questions. What's my favorite color? What's my full name? When's my birthday? Do I like animals? Have I ever had any pets? Is black my natural hair color? What are some of my favorite bands/singers? What's my favorite BOTDF song? And so much more. And I told them. "My favorite color is gold." "My full name is Vivian Karen Grentor." "My birthday is July 9th, in two weeks." "I've always loved animals, sometimes more than I like people." "We've always had a tank full of goldfish that I took care of and we had a coy pond in our first house that we lived in till I was five." "Yes, black is my natural hair color, but I normally have lighter, natural highlights that I dye out." "I love BOTDF-obviously- Black Veil Brides, Avenged Sevenfold, Jeffree Star, All Time Low, Young Guns, We The Kings, and just music in general; anything but hip-hop, rap, or dubstep- I do like dubstep a little, but I'm not a huge fan." "My favorite BOTDF song is either Bewitched or Rise and Shine." For the most part, they avoided asking about my family, and I was grateful for that. I could tell they were curious, though. Dahvie and Jayy asked questions too, but they were more subtle about it.

I'm going on tour with them as a second merch girl. Sally said she's gonna 'keep an eye on me' and 'show me how things work'. For obvious reasons, I was more than a little apprehensive after she said that. Somehow, I'd managed to keep my love of singing a secret from them. I'm not a bad singer; I'm just self-conscious about it. It's just a hobby, and I know that they'll try and turn it into something more than that if I don't watch them. Living on a bus with them, though, is going to be a challenge. Good thing I like challenges. At the moment, I'm packing for the tour. Dahvie, Jayy, and Sally toke me shopping to get some new clothes the day I started living with them. I had to fight to keep them from buying me everything they saw. I don't want them spending too much money on me, and they refused to let me use my money. As if I don't already hate shopping enough. In the end, though, I was satisfied with what we got, and they all learned a bit about what I like fashion-wise. I'm extremely picky about clothes, so I don't expect them to become experts in just one shopping trip.

"You almost done?" Jayy asks, coming up behind me and hugging me. That's another thing; they're always hugging me. Jayy especially. Every time I walk into a room or he enters the room I'm in he has to hug me. I don't mind really, I've always been a really huggy person. So I turn around and hug him back.

"Almost. I just have a few more shirts to pack. I told you you'd regret insisting on buying me so much stuff." I say. He laughs. "You have a weird laugh." He just laughs again. I've always loved his laugh, no matter how weird it is, it's adorable.

"Yes, I know I have a weird laugh. And you still have less than half us much stuff as the rest of us." He points out.

"Jayy, no one will ever be able to come close to having as much stuff as you do," I say, turning away from him and smiling. Me and Jayy teasing each other has become a non-stop thing. He's like an older brother, but he could never replace Davey. And Davey was different. He was sweet and caring and gentle. Dahvie and Jayy are loud and obnoxious in every way possible. The only thing they have in common with Davey is that they're extremely protective of me for some reason. It's kinda sweet, but everything else about them rules out any sweetness.

"You got that right," Jayy says, bringing me out of my thoughts. "And you better not forget it." He turns to walk out of the room.

"Jeffree is close to catching you, though!" I call down the hallway. I hear him stop and there's laughter in the rest of the house. I smile proudly to myself. I go back to packing. I'm zipping up my suitcase, almost having completely forgotten about Jayy and any possibility of him trying to get revenge. So I'm startled when I feel arms around my waist. I'm lifted up and slammed down onto the bed. I'm barely able to see that my attacker is Jayy before I'm being tickled. I squeal and giggle and try to squirm out from under is torturous fingers, to no avail. The tickling goes on for about ten minutes before he finally stops and I'm able to breathe at last. I gasp for air, still giggling hysterically.
