Boris's Pov:
Boris sat in his second hour, unable to pay much attention to the lesson. He just kept thinking of Mugman and Bendy. He glanced over at the desk where Mugman usually sat. "Now, who can tell me what year George Washington became president?" Boris let himself daydream Mugman was in class. Slowly, Mugman materialized into his desk. "Ooh, ooh! I know, I know!" Mugman said, frantically waving his hand. He had his usual dopey, yet attractive smile plastered on his face. "Yes, Mugman." the teacher called on him, amusement in her voice. The rest of the class seemed amused as well. "The answer is-" Riiiiiiiiiiiing! The bell ran, snapping him back to reality. The daydream Mugman disappeared, still smiling. Reluctantly, Boris stood up and left the room to go to his next class. At least it's Mrs. Sheryl's class. When he got there, he was stopped dead at the door. There, on Mugman's desk, was twenty- no thirty- cards. "W-what's all t-this?" Boris asked, looking back and forth between the cards and his classmates. "We all know how close you were to Mugman. Maybe these'll help a little. They're all yours." one girl answered shyly. Boris picked one up and opened it. Instead of some cheesy 'I'm sorry', there was a handwritten apology. Boris picked through the cards, skimming. Some were even descripions of similar situations. They were all very sweet things said. Carefully, Boris stacked them together and put them in his bag, somewhere they wouldn't get crushed. Then, as he sat down at his desk, the bell rang. Mrs. Sheryl stood in front of her desk and took a deep breath. "Today is a free day. Study, chat, read, draw... You can even sleep if you want. Just keep busy, please." Then, she sat back down at her desk. The whole class gasped and looked at one another. Mrs. Sheryl's never given a free day before. But... I'm the only one who understands why. I wonder if she'll do this all day? Boris dug into his bag, looking for something to do. Instead, he found two things: his photo album; the friendship bracelet Mugman had made for him. He thought it was dumb and too girly, so he only wore it when Mugman was around. I'm going to wear this every day from now on. And with that, Boris slipped it on. He opened the photo album and was greeted by a grinning four-year-old demon. Boris smiled back. He flipped to the next page. On it was a three-year-old wolf clinging to a five-year-old demon. They were both asleep. "We sure looked cute when we were kids, huh, Bendy?" Boris let himself daydream again. "Heh, yeah." Bendy reached over and flipped the page again. On it was a five-year-old wolf, held by a young female demon. The seven-year-old demon was on the lap of an older aged wolf. Everyone in the photo was smiling. "I miss Mom. She looks so pretty." Bendy smiled at Boris. "Yeah, I miss her too." Bendy flipped the page again. They went through several more pages. Then, there was a picture of a sixteen-year-old demon, straining a smile. Next to him was, what should have been a nice-looking female demon. Instead, her eyes were sunkin in, her face was pale (If that's even more possible) and she looked sad; even as she smiled. On the other side of her was a fourteen-year-old wolf, the only one smiling genuinely. "How many days was this taken before she....?" Boris let the question hang. "Two... This was the last picture she ever got taken of her. And the last we did too." Boris smiled sadly. "Actually..." Boris flipped the page. There, standing next to each other with their arms on each others shoulders were the now fifteen-year-old wolf and sixteen-year-old mug. They both were smiling happily. "I-I should've told him..." Boris choked out. "Told him what?" Boris took a deep breath and said quietly,"I think I love him."
