Cuphead's Pov:

Damn... I can't just sit and wait for the stupid cops to find Bendy and Mugman dead... Dead... How did the kidnapper know where to find Mugs and Bends? Damn... I want to- Wait, that's it. Cuphead sat up from where he was laying on his bed in his room. "Okay, maybe not how he found Mugs... But, Bendy! Bendy had a key to the gate to the back yard. I was in the front, so I would've seen if someone had followed him... I got to go to Boris's." And, whith that, Cuphead lept off the bed, ran down the stairs, locked the door, and ran to the brothers' house. There's got to be something there.

When he arrived, Cuphead all but pounded the front door down. Finally, it opened. Standing behind it was a puffy-eyed, messy-haired wolf. "Cuphead? What're you-" Boris started. "I need the key to the gate that leads to the back yard! Please!" Boris looked startled, then shook his head. "Alright, here. What do you want it for?" Cuphead expleained quickly that he intended to find out how the kidnapper had gotten into the back yard. "Count me in!" Boris said, following Cuphead to the gate. Cuphead unlocked the gate and they walked to the back yard. There, Cuphead was certain, they'd find something that would lead them to Mugman and Bendy's kidnapper. Boris and Cuphead searched every place they could think of. Then, a rope that was colored green so it blended in with the ivy, hung from the wall that surrounded the back yard. "Boris! This is it!" Boris saw the rope and nodded. "What is what?" Both Boris and Cuphead jumped and flipped around. There, standing two feet away from them was Oswald and Felix. "Perfect timing, guys. This rope here? It'll lead us to the kidnapper, I'm certain." Both Felix and Oswald smiled. "Count me in!" They responded in unison. Cuphead nodded, then tugged on the rope. It seemed very sturdy. Cuphead climbed up the rope, then at the top, jumped down the other side. When the others were over the wall, Cuphead led the way through the wooded area. It was the direction the rope had left them facing, so it seemed like the right way. Finally, they came to an old cabin. "Why is it always an old cabin?" Felix asked, hiding behind Oswald Cuphead shook his head, then walked up to the door. Surprisingly, the door was unlocked. They all stepped very causiously through the cabin. They split up and searched all the rooms. When everyone returned with no one else, Cuphead motioned to the basement. It was the only place they could be. He tried the door. It was also unlocked. Carefully, they made their way down the stairs.
