Field Trip: Warped Tour

Hey guys! So this chapter is special to me because it's going to be just about 100℅ true! (Takes place 6/23/18) (The only thing not is the PPH parts)

Y/N's POV

Today is a special day. The school is taking a field trip to Warped Tour in Mountain View, California. The teachers decided that we couldn't miss it since it's the last one, even though it's a 14 hour drive away.
With the whole school packed into 6 busses, we began our trip.

~Time Skip to warped, aka, the true stuff~

Waiting in line is a hassle, the temperature is already climbing. It's supposed to be 90° today, ugh. I pulled out my phone and texted a friend, Silver, they were running late. I checked Instagram and noticed Alex Gaskarth had posted a video to his story. He was on top of a hill overlooking the venue. I looked to my side and saw the exact hill. At the top was 3 people so I whipped out my camera and zoomed in. Sure enough, I could make out Alex and maybe Jack. I snapped a picture and sent it to Silver.

After a little bit the line started moving forward so I passed the information along to Silver. While I was doing that I looked up and saw Ben and Ali from As It Is walking around with a sign for their set time. I panicked a little and just ended up saying hi and waving, which they returned. After more time the line split to the normal line and the donation line so we stayed in the donation lone and moved down into a different area to wait.

Everyone was already starting to get sweaty even though we weren't really doing anything. When it finally turned about eleven, they started letting people in to the venue. After security and stuff we were free to explore! First stop was As It Is' tent. I quickly bought a 'Never Happy, Ever After' CD. Then it was off to State Champs tent where I obtained a 'Living Proof' CD. Then I swung by All Time Low's tent to check out what they had. Afterward, I continued down the row of tents over to the record labels. At Fearless Records I bought an 'Okay.' CD and pre ordered 'The Great Depression', a free tour laminate came with that so I put that on.

Then, it was off to the Waterparks tent. A line was forming for the meet and greet already but I went and bought 'Double Dare' and 'Entertainment' on CD and joined the growing line. After a few minutes Silver came up to me and we were able to meet for the first time. We just talked and decided to meet Waterparks together. As we got closer to the front of the line we noticed Jawn, blocking people from walking between the Parx tent and the line so we had someone hold our spot and went to get my Entertainment CD and Silver's shirt signed by him, which he happily did.

It was finally our time to meet the Parx boys, Silver hugged Geoff and Awsten and I hugged Otto. Silver told them it was their birthday and that mine was yesterday. They wished us happy birthday and happy belated birthday while signing our stuff before we turned around to get our picture taken.
