Chapter 15

Previously: "Yeah but he wants it so he'll get it. I can't say no to him, plus it's for her."

Y/n rushed downstairs to open the door as soon as the doorbell rang. She was greeted by BTS and BP, who were carrying 3 bags of what she assumed were food. After letting them in, they made their way to the kitchen and started to set the table. Jin made sure the food was still hot or at least warm enough for it to still taste good. 

Jungkook came down after a couple minutes, he was dressed in a hoodie and some shorts. They immediately started eating and soon finished. The girls dragged Y/n to the store, not bothering to ask her to change into something other than shorts and Jungkook's hoodie. Upon arrival, the girls pulled her into a store that sold a lot of cute dresses suited for dates. They looked around the store, constantly asking Y/n if any of the dresses caught her eye.

She honestly didn't know why they were suddenly so into shopping. Normally, the five of them would go to the mall and shop for food. Boredly looking around, she spotted a light blue dress that she could imagine herself in. She definitely would like to wear it at least once while on a date with Jungkook. The girls noticed how she looked at that dress compared to all the others and immediately asked her to put it on. 

After knowing that it fit, they bought it for her. "Okay, are we done?", Jisoo laughed and gave her a pat on her head. "You thought.", Lisa and Rose pulled her towards a shoe shop that mainly sold heels. Y/n sighed and started to look around, she wanted a pair that could match the outfit she bought and match more outfits she had at home. She soon found a pair that looked cute and asked for  a  sized (y/s/s-your shoe size) version of this shoe.

As soon as she put it on, she knew that it was the one. It looked elegant yet very simple on her feet and she fell in love with it. In addition to it's looks, it was also very comfortable even though she wasn't very open to wearing heels. Yes, she was an idol, however their stylists always put her in flats due to the fact that she was their main dancer so she needed to be more comfortable with her shoes and outfit. 

Meanwhile at home with the boys, Jungkook was getting changed into his outfit. He wore the tux that he bought with the help of his hyungs. He styled his hair to make it look more presentable and put on some natural makeup. He'd always hear Y/n speak about how good he looked with natural makeup and even without makeup so he did it for her. "Wah, I told you he looks like me. Look how good he looks!", Jin said confidently as he stood next to Jungkook. 

The boys got ready in their suits, did their hair and makeup then went downstairs for the final touches. They put everything in the car and formed a circle with their arms around each other's shoulder. "Well, this is it.", their leader said as some of the boys got emotional. "Hyung~you act like we're getting married already.", the maknae said as a joke and looked at his hyungs. "Well, after this day, you're officially engaged already.", Jimin said and gave Jungkook a pat on his head.

"I never knew this would come.", Suga said as they all laughed while Jungkook pouted. "You finally got the girl of your dreams, Kook.", Hoseok said and wiped the tears that had fallen on his cheeks. They soon ended the emotional talk and got into the car to drive to the park. They had gotten there before the girls and Jin had texted Jisoo to give them an extra hour so they could set things up. Y/n on the other hand, was practically dying. Her feet were beginning to hurt and she didn't see any signs of going home from any one of her bandmates. 

"Unnie, please let's go home-", Jisoo shook her head and dragged her to another store causing Y/n to sigh. As much as Y/n liked shopping, she couldn't keep up with them anymore. She questioned why they had so much energy in them. Normally, Lisa would be taking her side and tell the others that she wanted to go home too but it was different this time. An hour and a couple minutes later, Jisoo had gotten a text from Jin notifying her that they were ready. 

"Alright! We're done here!", Jisoo announced, the girls nodded in understanding. "Finally! I can go home-" however that wasn't the case, "Let's go to the park!" Lisa suggested. Y/n frowned and shook her head. She told them how badly her feet hurt and how she wanted to go home already but the other four girls refused to let her leave. A car had picked them up and brought them to the park since Y/n refused to walk to the park.

As soon as they stepped foot on the pathway of the park, they saw decorations set up. Y/n's other bandmates pretended to be as confused as her and they walked towards the beautiful place. However, as Y/n took a look behind her, she found herself alone. "Unnie?", she called out softly not knowing where they went and how they disappeared so fast. Suddenly, the lights shined brighter than before which caused her to bring her full attention to the decorations.

Suddenly, the boys except the maknae, appeared in two straight lines and handed her one rose each. She smiled at them and looked straight ahead to see her knight in shining armour. He looked as handsome as ever, his aura was no joke. His hairstyle and outfit coordinated perfectly which caused him to look even more handsome, like an angel from heaven. Y/n walked towards him slowly as she was still in a daze due his appearance. He smiled softly at her, to him, she looked like a goddess. 

Words couldn't describe how beautiful she appeared in his eyes. She soon reached him and he kissed her lightly on the cheek. She didn't have much makeup on, but truthfully, she really didn't need it. Her smile was able to brighten up his world, brighter than the sun. Her existence alone relieved him from his stress and pain that was brought to him by the world around him. But when he was with her, it was like nothing but them mattered. 

"Kook?" she called out to him, making him snap out of his thoughts. He smiled and held her hand. "Y/n, the first time I laid eyes on you, I swear I thought you were an angel. And to this day, I'm still trying to figure out if you are in fact an angel sent to me by the Gods above. You broke down my walls that were built extremely high and filled my soul with happiness and warmth. I never expected someone like you to come into my life, do I really deserve you?" Jungkook stopped to wipe the tears on her face. 

"As soon as our parents told us we would get married, I was overjoyed yet hesitant. Why? Because I didn't know if someone like me could ever make you happy. I knew you had a boyfriend at that time, and I promised myself that I would make you happier , protect you harder or at least try till my very last breath. I may not be able to give you everything, but I promise you, you have all of me. I'll give my all to you because you deserve the world. And, I want to spend the rest of my life next to you, learning and experiencing new things. I want to make new memories together and live in this world next to you knowing that you're mine and I'm yours. So on that note...Park Y/n,"

He got on his knees, pulled out the box and looked behind Y/n, there stood  BTS, BP along with some of their family members who were almost sobbing. He shifted his gaze back to the woman in front of him,"Will you be my light and guide me through this dark world? Will you marry me?"
