Chapter 17

As the wedding day drew nearer, both Jungkook and Y/n need to buy their outfits. Their bandmates had arrived at their house and were already discussing over some wedding dresses. Y/n didn't really have any specific wedding dress design in mind. It just had to make her look good and it had to bring her family members that were with her, to tears of joy.

They finished up their lunch and made their way to the mall. They split up into their respective groups and headed out to explore different shops. The girls immediately dragged her towards the first store they found and behind her, she heard the boys laugh. "This is going to be a long day.", she thought and sighed.

Looking around for a gorgeous outfit that suited her taste wasn't as easy as they had thought. Most of the dresses in that store had looked really plain and weren't flattering to look at. They moved on to the second store which had more dresses that appealed to Y/n. "Do you like this one, Y/n-ie?", Jennie pointed at a dress that looked elegant. She decided to give it a try and headed to the dressing room. It wasn't difficult to put on and the size fit well, however, she had to call someone to help her out with the back since it had to be zipped up. 

She soon stepped out of the fitting room to get the reactions of her unnies. Needless to say, they really liked it and some of them, I mean all of them, broke out in tears. "We love it. Honestly, anything looks good on you, Y/n-ah. But do you like it?", Lisa asked and emphasized the word 'You'. Y/n turned around and looked at her figure through the mirror. She took in every detail, the design, the way it fit on her body, the length and much more.

They agreed that the dress looked stunning and Y/n herself let out a few tears, slightly ruining the make up she had on. Soon, laughter was heard throughout the room. Forming a circle with their arms on each other's shoulders, they allowed more tears to flow. "Wow, it feels like Y/n was just twelve yesterday. She grew up so fast.", Rose said and smiled through the tears. They technically spent their childhood together and grew up as siblings, not just group mates. Making it this far was a huge accomplishment and finally seeing one of them get engaged after all that they've been through was beautiful.

"You know, even after ten years and more, you'll always be our maknae.", they nodded in agreement. The bride-to-be laughed and pouted playfully, "I'm twenty already!". Making their way to the counter, the girls except Y/n, decided to pay for her wedding dress as a gift. Even after Y/n's protests, they pushed through with the payment . After the dress was packaged up, they met up with the boys again.

"You'll be proud once you see how good our maknae would look in his tux.", Jin said as he gave Jungkook a pat on the back. The girls chuckled, "Because he learned to look handsome from you?". The eldest nodded with the proudest smirk on his face, "I don't think he can LEARN to look good from you but sure.". Jin glared at Jisoo and soon all of them broke out in laughter. They said their goodbyes after chatting with one another for two more hours. "Thanks for the great day guys.", Y/n said and hugged them one by one.

"Don't worry about it, angel.", Y/n stayed in Namjoon's embrace until Jungkook got jealous and pulled her away from him. "You're daring enough to do that in front of your fiance?", Jungkook asked, whispering in her ear. Y/n smacked one of the arms that were wrapped around her waist. Finally saying their last goodbyes, they parted ways.

This was edited so the format is different however I made sure the plot was still the same. I may change the structure of the story in order for it to make sense.
