Chapter 27

Waking up from their nap, Jungkook checked his phone only to be shocked due to how long they had slept. It was already five o'clock, they had definitely skipped lunch. He giggled to himself and looked at the sleeping figure next to him. Hair scattered around her pillow, legs tangled with his, her right cheek being squished due to the pillow making her look like an adorable bunny. 

Wanting to admire her longer, he chose not to wake his sleeping beauty up. He knew they would have to eat dinner as soon as she woke up, knowing her, she'd get hungry easily. With the information that they didn't have lunch, nor did they have much food for breakfast, he knew Y/n would immediately look for food to fulfill her hunger. Unlocking his phone, he snapped some pictures of his beautiful wife, he had no intentions of releasing the picture as of right now, he just wanted it as his wallpaper. 

He felt shifting next to him the moment he finished setting the newly shot photo as his lock screen. Before he could check if she was awake or not, she wrapped her arms around his waist, pulling him as close as he could get. Jungkook laughed at her baby-like attitude and put his phone down on the table beside him, taking her into his embrace. 

Fluttering her eyes open, Y/n rubbed her eyes gently and looked up at her husband whose arms were around her, providing her with his warmth and comfort. "What time is it?" she asked sleepily, her voice quite raspy and deep. "About five in the evening, do you wanna head down and eat already or should I get our food delivered to our room?" she thought about it for a while before finally deciding that they would go downstairs, just so they could see more of the hotel. 

Staying in bed for a couple more minutes, they finally got up and changed into one of the casual outfits they had packed. Locking the door behind them, they made their way to one of the restaurants located within the hotel. Y/n sighed in bliss as the smell of chocolate invaded her nostrils. Looking at the buffet in front of them, she immediately pulled her husband along to get the food after getting seats for the two of them. 

Jungkook laughed at her eagerness but followed along, I mean, who would resist a buffet? Not him. Grabbing a plate for both of them, he handed the other one to his partner who was looking at the food with pure love. As soon as the sight of California came into her sight, she went for it, along with the ebi tempura that was stationed next to the sushi. Not caring about anyone's opinions, she got more food. 

Finally making their way back to their table to eat, Jungkook laughed at her full plate. Y/n shot him a playful glare and sat down in her seat after placing her plate down. He gave the top of her head a quick kiss before sitting down in front of her, taking the spoon and fork in his hands. Taking a bite of the freshly fried tempura, she resisted the urge to moan out at how good it was. 

He laughed at his soulmate, almost choking on his food which caused Y/n to smirk. "You seem to enjoy yourself huh, love?" he asked, taking a bite out of his food. Y/n nodded, not bothering to speak as she was still chewing on her shrimp. A few conversation topics later, they were soon hungry for dessert. Standing up and making their way to the dessert section of the buffet, the chocolate fountain appeared in Y/n's view. It stood tall in the center of the desserts with all its glory, and she felt as if it was calling her. 

She picked up her pace and soon made it to the luxurious chocolate fountain gathering some marshmallows on a stick, she dipped them in. Meanwhile, Jungkook was captivated by the sight of ice cream wrapped in sticky rice, also known as mochi. He took a few pieces for him and Y/n. Also taking a crepe with delicious looking filling inside. 

They finished their desserts, taking turns to feed each other the food, getting some "aw"'s from the people around them. Jungkook was informed that all the charges would be put on his parents' credit card thus, he didn't need to pay. They decided to take a quick stroll through the hotel before making their way back up to their room. Once they were both changed into their night clothes, they cuddled into each other. "Did you have fun today, love?" Jungkook asked before they could fully fall asleep, Y/n sleepily nodded. "Thank you so much for everything, Bunbun."He blushed at the new nickname before kissing her cheek, soon falling asleep after her.
