"Aliens are coming! Sami was right, they're here! Quick hide under the bed! What are you waiting for? Go! Go! Go!"
Seth was metaphorically and literally speared off of his gaming chair by a cloud of orange.
"Becky no!" Finn called out, running into Seth's room after Becky had made her grand entrance. "Great you've killed him"
Becky chuckled as she climbed off Seth who lay frozen to the floor for a second, blinking. Becky kicked his side softly. "Get up loser"
"I. Fucking. Hate. You." He said through deep breaths. "Why?"
Becky shrugged and plopped herself onto Seth's bed. Seth sat up slowly, trying to regain his composure after being scared to death.
"I told her not to" Finn smiled apologetically. "Your mom just left by the way."
Seth nodded and sat beside Becky, Finn perched himself on Seth's now empty gaming chair.
"Is Billie here tonight?" Finn asked as he caught the controller that Seth had thrown to him.
"She's supposed to be, whether or not she comes back is a different matter though."
Finn and Becky exchanged a glance before nodding, they knew how much of a pain Seth's half Australian, half-sister Billie could be.
"Still in that phase huh?" Becky asked and Seth sighed.
"Don't think it's a phase anymore" He muttered. "Enough about that, you know it all anyway. How're things at home?"
"Better-ish" Finn fiddled with the controller. "They're actually spending some time with us without cameras being shoved down our throats."
"It's weird, I don't like it" Becky added. "I mean the fancy lifestyle isn't really me at all. I miss my real home." Becky's voice got quieter and Seth wrapped an arm around his friend. Talking about their home was hard for the both of them, Seth couldn't imagine how they felt being separated from their real families. He was the only one who knew about their home life in this much detail, he would always keel it a secret. "But I have you guys so it could be worse." She chuckled and Finn rolled his eyes.
"You're lucky to have me as a brother"
Becky thought for a moment. "Yeah I guess I am"
Finn span around on the chair and fist bumped Becky. The three became silent as the game loaded up.
"Seth?" Finn suddenly asked and Seth looked at him.
"Yeah?"
"Where were you today?"
Seth blinked twice and internally panicked, trying to think of an excuse. "Um at school?"
Becky snorted. "Who are you trying to convince, us or yourself?"
"No one?"
Finn rolled his eyes. "You weren't at school" He stopped for a moment and then realised. "You were skipping weren't you?"
Becky raised her eyebrows. "You? Seth Rollins? Skipping school?" Seth remained quiet and Becky let out a dramatic gasp. "You were skipping weren't you!" She poked Seth's side.
"Who with?" Finn asked and Seth looked around the room, avoiding eye contact.
"Dean" He mumbled.
"Ambrose?" Becky questioned. "Isn't he your partner?"
Seth nodded. "I didn't want to go at first but I actually ended up enjoying myself."
Finn looked sceptical. "Isn't he like a huge player or something? I've heard so many things about him and none of them has been very good."
