I could taste blood in my mouth. My head was aching. I looked down at my wrists to find them untied, as well as my feet. I sat up from my position on the cold floor next to a beautifully made bed. The whole bedroom was amazing. It was filled with marble and gold and was neatly decorated. I stood up stumbling over my own feet, heading towards the doors. I was just reaching the door when I felt light headed and fell to the ground.
I could tell my body was malnourished as I was unaware of how long I've been out. The blood from my lip has dried and my lips have cracked.
The door I'm leaning on opens up. I look up to see Axton searching the room. He looks down and sees me sitting there.
"W-water" I croak out in a raspy voice. He turns his back on me and says, "come" I struggle to get on my feet but eventually do. My hands trace the walls as I try my hardest to keep up with him.
I come to a staircase which Axton has already descended. I try my hardest to walk down the stairs but I lose my balance and fall onto one of the steps.
Axton turns my way looking at me before grunting, "uh! You're useless." He climbs back up the stairs and pulls me up so my weight is leaning fully on him. He surprisingly helps me down the stairs and into a lounge room. The room is magnificent. Navy blues are spread everywhere with dashes of gold and silver.
He dumps me onto one of the leather black couches. He walked away and returned back holding a bottle of water and a banana.
"These are treats. If you answer my questions I'll give them to you. If you don't Ill hurt you. Understand?" I nodded my head.
"Okay, do you know what your parents do?" He asked.
"No. They've never told me, they always say that I don't need to know and I wouldn't understand." I replied. Axton seemed confused. But that didn't stop him from undoing the water bottle lid and tipping some of the water over my head. I gasped.
The water was cold and the leather couch I sat on didn't help much for warmth.I couldn't move as Axtons hands were blocking me into the couch.
"What was that for?" I spluttered.
"For not telling me the truth!" He spat back.
"But I'm telling you the truth. I don't know what they do." I pleaded.
"Well let me remind you then. Your parents are the leaders of the Knight gang. They are dirty people who would do anything for money. Even if it means murdering people." I looked away shocked. "What's wrong princess? Finally getting a reality check? Your parents are pigs and you my dear are just as bad. You live a life you don't deserve." He spat.
A single tear dropped.
"I don't want your stupid water or food, you can shove it where the sun don't shine." I screamed using all the energy I had left. I stood up and tried to barge passed him but he wouldn't move.
"You're under my roof now princess and you'll listen to everything I have to say." He said gripping painfully into my arm. "Unless you want me to hurt you again?" He asked.
Black spots were invading my vision but I blinked them away. I looked into Axtons eyes and then spat right onto his face. His grin changed and was replaced by anger.
"You bitch!" He yelled and slapped me right on the cheek. I fell to the ground and looked up at this monster.
