"So you like Kat's sister?"Kaden asked me with a smirk.
I blush "None of your buisness."
"Come on i'm pretty much like your brother now, you can tell me everything,"Kaden said.
"Exactly why I won't tell you brothers are terrible secret keepers,"I said. "I get to sleep on the bed, you'll get the floor."
"Come on why's it matter anyways it's the end of the world dude. And no I get the bed,"Kaden replied.
"I'm not even gonna reply to that, imagine how awkward that would be if I liked her, and she didn't like me back, plus don't you like Kat? Why am I being interrogated? Also let's settle this with a game of rock, paper, scissors," I said sitting on the bed.
"I don't like Kat. It's just complicated you wouldn't understand,"Kaden said sighing. "Let's do this thing."
We played rock, paper, scissors, and I won.
"Fine i'll just go sleep on the couch it's much better than the floor,"Kaden said.
"Good by the way you realize there's no chance Kat likes you,"I said trying to mess with him.
"Well things happen man. Anyways i'm gonna go get set up on the couch. Goodnight,"Kaden said walking out of the room with a pillow he stole from the bed.
"Night,"I said.
I lay on the bed falling asleep to my thoughts.

I toss and turn on the couch trying to fall asleep.
"Umm you alright?"Kat asked walking out from her room.
"Yeah," I said sitting up. "Just can't sleep. Why are you up?"
"I mean with your tossing and turning how could I ever fall asleep,"Kat joked.
"Sorry about that it's just i've got so much on my mind, plus this couch is pretty uncomfortable,"I said to her.
"It's fine, I just can't sleep, because i've gotta figure out a way to get us all the way to our penthouse in Los Angeles to meet with my family...If they're even there. Which I am sure they are, cause my dad had this all planned,"Kat replied.
"You wanna come sit down, and tell me about it,"I asked?
"I wouldn't wanna keep you up,"Kat said.
"It's not like i'm getting to sleep at anytime anyways,"I said. "But shouldn't you get rest if we are leaving tomorrow?"
"You're right, I just can't get to bed either,"Kat replied sitting next to me and sighing. "Hey if you want you can have my bed."
"No i'm not taking your bed, do you want to talk in your room, I think you might be able to fall asleep if we talk in there,"I suggested.
"Sure let's go,"Kat said standing up.
We walked to her room, she layed in her bed cuddling up into her blankets, and I went and laid down with her.
"Wow this is a really nice bed, how are you not asleep,"I said.
"My thoughts,"Kat said turning to face me. "I mean considering everything that's gone down it makes sense."
"Yeah you're right, I understand, but I might just fall asleep on it,"I said.
"I don't even care if you do,"Kat smiled.
