What If?

*Isabel's P.O.V*
"Get up sleepy head,"I said to Kat dragging her out of bed.

"Come on let me sleep a little longer,"Kat groaned.

"Does your head hurt still?"I asked.

"No I feel better now a little,"Kat said.

"Then get up and lay on the couch I'm bored in here,"I said.

"Fine,"Kat said getting up. "Let's go."

"Yayy,"I said.

We walk into the living room and Kat collapses on the couch with her blanket. I sit by her turning on the Tv.

"I can still hate Kaden right?"Kat asked.

"Yeah I mean I guess, but I don't see why,"I said.

"I don't know just cause I feel like it, because he doesn't love me,"Kat said.

"He So loves you,"I said.

Kat looked at the wall for a couple minutes in silence.

"Uh you okay?"I asked.

"I remember something!!"Kat yelled.

"Oh my heck what?!"I said excited.

"I remember being in the cellar and we thought we were locked in, so we kept drinking bottles of wine, then Kaden asked why I hated him or something and I said because you don't love me, and then he said I do. And at some point I was like just kiss me or whatever and he did it was good too, but that's all I remember,"Kat said.

"Omg see you answered your own question you can't hate him if he loves you,"I said.

"But we were just drunk it meant nothing,"Kat said.

"That's usually when you confess the truth it only makes the truth come out sometimes,"I said.

"So..He didn't say it to me when we were sober,"Kat said.

"Doesn't mean anything, plus you haven't given him a chance too,"I said.

"I'm gonna take it slow, I mean I don't know what happened last night for most of it or why I woke up naked, but all I know is that I am gonna do my best to focus on myself for now,"Kat said.

"I understand. I'm so jealous it's the end of the world and I'm alone of course,"I said.

"Izzie. Don't say that. Maybe my dad saved some other people, and you can have them,"Kat said. "And they might just be super hotttt."

"I sure hope so I don't wanna be single even if it's the end of the world,"Isabel said.

"You won't be at least I hope, if all else fails I guess there's Mason,"Kat said laughing.

"Noooo!! I'd die single,"I said.

"Not on my watch,"Kat said. "I'll die finding you someone in this world."

"You probably will die eventually because there's no one left,"I said.

"HEY! Let's not say that we don't know that! Let's focus on surviving, then we'll focus on men,"Kat said.

"You're right, so when are we gonna leave this bunker?"I asked.

"In a couple days,"Kat said. "Then we'll leave for the Oregon bunker which is way further than Idaho it's like 12 hours away."

"So we are gonna take the car that takes garbage as gas?"I asked.

"Yeppp we are it's a van so it'll fit us all,"Kat said.

"Good I ain't about to get left behind,"I said.

"I would throw Kaden out before I left you,"Kat said.

I laughed "Good thing we don't have to do that."

"I guess I was looking forward to it man!"Kat joked.

"Heh you're so mean to him,"I said.

"I know and I don't know why,"Kat said.

"Causeee you love him and you don't want him to know, even though we all know it,"I said.

"Not true! Well you're my best friend so of course you would know that you know everything about me,"Kat said.

"True and I know you better than you know you,"I said.

"You know I was gonna say that,"Kat said.

"See I told you I knew you,"I said.

"No doubt about it,"Kat said.

"So let's say that you're pregnant. How are you gonna have the baby if there's no doctor left in the world,"I said.

"Well I don't know I hope I'm not pregnant, because what if we did do it and we weren't safe. That would be the worse timing ever!!! And that would hurt to have a baby,"Kat said.

"Yeah you're right I don't want you to go through pain. Plus it's unlikely you're pregnant just trying to see what we would do in case literally any of us got pregnant,"I said.

"That would be so bad,"Kat said. "What If Jasmine and Mason have a baby?"

"Oh my heck!! Jasmine and Mason? I never saw it, but ayy I'm good with it,"I said.

"Dude Jasmines had theeee biggest crush on him for forever,"Kat said.

Jasmine, Mason, and Abie walk in.

"Shut up Kat,"Jasmine said walking in and sitting on the couch.

"What are we doing?"Abie asked also sitting to gossip

"We sure aren't doing any guys right?"Jasmine asked I think joking.

Kat nervously laughed "Certainly not."

"Yeah... Uh why are we talking about this?"I asked.

"Just cause it was a funny thing to put in the conversation. Why you aren't guilty are you?"Jasmine asked.

"Jasmine stop,"I heard Abie whisper to Jasmine.

"What's Jasmine stopping?"I asked.

"Oh shiz it's about to go down,"Mason said.

"Yeah what is Jasmine stopping?"Kat asked.

"Come clean now while you can,"I said.

"Okay! okay! We heard you guys talking about Kat and Kaden and her maybe being pregnant,"Abie said. "I'm gonna be an aunt!!"

Kat shot her a deadly look "No you're not, because I'm not pregnant, and keep your voice down I don't want Kaden to hear."

"Kaden doesn't know?"Abie asked.

"Kaden doesn't know about my pregnant theory and he'll never know because I was just really emotional at the moment and it's obviously not real,"Kat said.

"Yeah She's right she's fine, plus can you imagine having to give birth when no doctor is around,"I said.

"Yeah that would be really bad,"Jasmine said.

"Tell me about it,"I said.
