*Kat's P.O.V*
"What's wrong Kat?"Josh asked me pulling me into an embrace.

"Nothing,"I said faking a smile. "I'm just...Surprised to see you."

"Is that a good thing?"Josh asked.

"Yes of course,"I said looking up at him.

Truth is I'm mortified what's happening, who's Kaden's girlfriend? Why is my dad saving people.

"What's on your mind then?"Josh asked.

"Everything I'm just still trying to process everything that is happening,"I said.  "That's all..."

"So this Kaden....Is there anything going on with you guys?"Josh asked.

Dang it's like he's interrogating me.

"Well...."I said having to contemplate what to say. "No.."

"That's a relief,"Josh said.

"Yeah..."I said hesitantly.

But I am with Kaden and I love Kaden not Josh, but Kaden obviously doesn't want me after all he's got a girlfriend that's not me.

"So now that that's over with... We should talk about our future,"Josh said.

Is he serious it's the end of the world and he wants to talk about our future!

"Later. We should go back to the others,"I said walking back to the living room where everyone was talking in a panic.

"Kat..."Isabel said nervously.

"What's wrong?"I asked her reading the worry in her face.

"There's so much to explain you shouldn't of left,"Isabel said. "Mason already went down to talk to Kaden."

Isabel tells me everything and I look at them in shock.

"I left for 5 minutes and this is what I miss,"I said.

Kaden burst through the door with a panicked look on his face and that dumb whore following behind him oh I'm sorry I mean Trish.

"No one's touching that baby,"Kaden yelled.

Abie started laughing "Guys I'm sorry that was just so dramatic."

"Shh you're gonna make me laugh,"Mason said to her laughing.

"Gosh dang you're all idiots,"I said laughing a little.

"Back to the point,"Kaden said clearing his throat. "This baby is not gonna die and we are fighting back!"

"Not like you care,"I said looking at him with the saltiest look I could give someone.

"Kat..Come on,"Kaden said.

"Honestly guys I'm fine with saying the baby is Josh's and being with Josh,"I said.

Kaden looked at me hurt "Well you know what I'm fine with being with Trish."

Not gonna lie those words stung, but I'm a strong independent woman that is not allowed to not have a man or they'll kill me.

"Good!"I said.

"Good!"Kaden said. "Then it's settled."

"You guys do know you're not the only ones in love,"Abie said.

"I don't love Kaden! In fact I'd rather die than love him,"I said.

"Good then I wouldn't have to hear your whining,"Kaden said.

I walked over to him in the sassiest manner possible and looked him dead in the eyes those beautiful blue eyes "Well then I wouldn't have to be here to witness you make out with everyone because that's all you know how to do!"
