may 12, 2018 to december 26, 2...
as it was almost 3 in the afternoon, the two were kind of tired. they had park hopper so they were able to go to california adventure. they were in line to ride on the incredibles ride and saying zach was scared... well, that would be an understatement.
"zach, you're going to be fine!" ami said.
"if i die, tell mom i love her and reese and ryan and dad. and tell the boys they're the best people in the world, tell candice she's the best, and jazmine too." he exclaimed, his voice sounded very panicked.
"zach you aren't going to die, i promise."
"but if i do."
"zach," she said and grabbed his hand, "everything's gonna be alright."
"how can you say that you don't know that for sure!"
"because i'm psychic and i can see into the future."
"really?" zach asks, genuinely believing what she had said.
"yes."
the two got on the ride, and not going to lie... they were both terrified. it was truly so scary. ami was screaming every now and then. but zach, zach was screaming the enitre time.
"aaaaaaaaamiiii we're gonna die!!" he kept telling her during the ride.
throughout the entire ride, though, zach didn't let go of her hand, not once. it was kind of sweet, actually. well, except for the fact that she couldn't feel her hand anymore.
after getting off the ride, zach needed some time to cool off. the roller coaster had really scared him.
"how are you so calm already?"
"why were you so scared? it wasn't that bad." she said, sitting next to him and handing him a water bottle.
he quickly took a few gulps, "because it was intense."
"intense? really? it seriously wasn't that bad." she said, laughing.
"it was."
"whatever."
zach looks over at her, grinning ever so slightly. his hair pretty messed up from the roller coaster. his eyes squinted because he was so happy.
ami looked at him, pushing a stray strand of hair behind her ear, a small smile on her lips. her eyes were bright with joy.
suddenly, zach started to lean in a bit, slowly. his eyes flickered from her lips to her eyes, his smile slowly fading. but his eyes were happy nonetheless. but as he did this, ami panicked. shit, was this about to happen? was she going to get kissed? she slowly moved back, shocked at his actions.
"so uh, zach! could you take another picture of me?"
his eyes falter, the joy disappearing for a split second before reappearing. "sure." he replied as his smile made a reappearance.
he walked back a bit, making sure the entire castle is in the frame.
"i want one in front of the castle. a candid one, so just burst it. i need to tie my hair first,"

the sound of the camera.
"zach! i wasn't done yet!" she scolds him, playfully slapping his arm.
"well, look at it! i like it."
"well, crap. that's pretty good! i'm gonna post that one!"
"i'm a great photographer." zach says, pride dripping from his lips.
"you actually are."
