Chapter 13

RILEYS P.O.V.

Emily walked inside disgusted.

"That was a bit embarrassing." I said biting my lip.

"Nah, don't worry about it." James said pecking me a kiss on the lips.

I smiled, like a little girl.

"I'm glad you can trust me. Because I love you. Ever since I saw you," he said, giving me another kiss on my lips.

"Ever since I walked into that studio. I referred to you as the "Cute Chick."" He said laughing.

I giggled and gave him a hug. Just a hug because sometimes a hug means more than anything to a person. He held me in close and squeezed me.

On Tuesday I walked into the studio. I started stretching with Thalia and she was talking about her weekend.

"And then for my brother's birthday, we went bowling, how bout you?" She asked.

What was I gonna tell her? Jesus.

"Um, me and James hung out." I said shrugging.

"Ooooouh." She said in that little school girl voice. Thalia was so nice though.

"Oh and CONGRATULATIONS ON THE DUET." She said.

I smiled at her.

James walked in. I hadn't seen him since Sunday. He left after we made up and hugged and stuff.

He walked up to Eldon first. They laughed and talked and stuff. James happened to look over. He saw me. He waved and gave me a face as if saying "Hey-Kissing-Buddy-I-Kinda-Love-You".
