Ever since Bucky has gotten with Captain America, his best friend, things have definitely looked up and improved for him. Him and Cap were finally dating after seventy freaking years of waiting. He finally had a steady life again. He had a home, new clothes, a new haircut, and even now a cellphone that Steve had gotten for him yesterday. It was all amazing and wonderful for Bucky. He felt like he was in heaven because the happiness stayed with him constantly. Deep down, he knew that some of his family were happy and proud of him, and it pained him a little that they weren't there. That part still follows him around, nagging at him a little, but being with Steve makes it all better and continues to help him readjust to this new part of his life. He loved every minute of it,

Today was the big day that Steve and him had been waiting for since Wednesday. It was finally Sunday and Steve's closest friends would be joining them for dinner tonight, and hopefully staying the night so they can help Cap release his public statement tomorrow. Steve was off running errands and getting the food that they would need to cook while Bucky cleaned up the place, He even added some string lights around the living room to give it a nicer feel. He liked the way they made everything look while they were lit up. Yesterday, Steve had bought a bigger dinner table so that it would fit everyone it it. It fit perfectly in their dining room.

Everything was falling into their last parts now before the big dinner. It was all going smoothly as planned, and Bucky loved that. He didn't want anything to get in the way and mess everything up for them. He would make sure that tonight would go as perfect as planned.

As Bucky finished cleaning up his room and making it the guest room, he heard the living room door open. Footsteps creaked around in the living room.

"Steve?" Bucky hollered. "Is that you?

No reply. More footsteps were made in the living room. Bucky made his way to the front but did not see anyone in there. "Alright, who's he-" he was cut off as his body was slammed to the ground.

"What the HELL are you doing here?" Agent Natasha Romanoff screamed at Bucky. "Why are you here?" She looked as fiery as her hairdo did. She looked the same as ever in her sleek black clothes. They looked like the ones she wore to fight Bucky in, but he knew they weren't.

"I live here!" Bucky said. "I'm his new roommate. Now, can you please get off of me?" He tried to push her off, but she would't budge. She was petite compared to him, but she seemed a hell of a lot stronger than him.

"You're lying." she gritted through her teeth. She was furious at him for being here.

"Why the hell did you sneak in here?"

"I didn't." she replied. "I have an extra key because Steve lets me stay here sometimes. Now, answer me. Why the fuck are you here?" she slapped him in the face, hoping that she would get an answer.

"I told you," Bucky could taste a little bit of blood. The slap was very hard. "I live here."

"Why would you be living here?" she questioned him with a look of curiosity on her face. "Steve lives alone."

"Because, Natasha, he's my boyfriend and I love him." Steve had opened the door and put all his bags in the living room while Natasha had slapped Bucky. She got up off him and walked to Steve.

"Are you fucking with me?" she looked him dead in the eye.

"No." Steve coolly responded. "I'm serious."

"What the fuck Steve?" she threw her arms up in the air. "This man, Bucky, he tried to kill you! He could easily kill you again if he wants to!" She was pissed. "Why, why, why, would you be doing this? After all that happened?"
